Location is good and convenient. I never have a problem with customer service, they are always quick and easy going. Will NOT go back to JITB on McDowell. WASHINGTON street has all my services. Thank you for your great customer service. It shows, keep up the good work staff.

This used to be the worst of all jack in the boxes in a 50 mile radius. After not going back for many years, I came back this weekend a few hours before sunset. Service was good, order was correct and nothing seemed fishy. Maybe ownership finally got it together.

When trying to hand my money to the drive thru attendant, the woman at the counter released my money and it went flying towards the street….after I had to get out of my car to retrieve it the woman was gone and it was a different person at the window. I said hello and was ignored. I asked if everything was ok and again I was ignored. I told him that his attitude is bad and this is why people don’t like to come here, to which his reply was “Well don’t come here then”. Got it. Won’t be coming to this jack in the box again, won’t let my family go back either.

Ordered online through the app, I announced i had a mobile order and supposedly it was never received. Then between the drive thru workers they started trying to figure out the order, but apparently it was given away accidentally, and had me wait 30min for the food to get ready and didn’t even bring it out, i had to go inside and get it. Very bad experience.
