The two bathrooms were out of service. One sign said out of order and it was locked .. the other had a sign “no toilet paper” and the door was broken. You had to lift it up in order to lock it. There were toilet seat covers available,, the toilets flushed, the sinks worked and the bathroom was clean. As for the othe food and the service. It was exceptionally good in spite of the bathroom(s) debacle. Very close and convenient access to the freeway as well.

I came here at 3:00 am for my lunch. I ordered a munchie meal & I feel like they barely added one of the sides. This is how my box looks like. Last time I came here they didn’t give me my whole burger. I feel like they keep playing with me. I never had this issue with them before. But these has happen two times in a row. I’m going to start checking right in front of the window now.

For some reason this location seems to think they can make up their own dining room hours outside of what is posted on the door. We arrived at 1:30 to find the doors locked and no sign anywhere saying the dining room is closed. The posted sign says the dining room is 6am-10pm. Another customer let us in (don’t know how she got in) and the workers complained about us in Spanish assuming (since we’re white) we don’t understand.

Is anyone aware of the new policy that this fast food restaurant has on once you step out of the restaurant with your order and your drink you cannot step back in to refill your drink which seems unlogical once you think about it due to circumstance that you buy a big plastic cup which i assumed was reusable oh my what a unpleasant moment my husband had when he tried to do this after we are parked outside to enjoy our food which we order through the drive thru window and the cleaning lady named Flora that jack in box employs confronted my husband that attempted to refill my sons AJ drink i feel very offended by her demeanor towards frequent everyday customer as my son AJ disgusting reaction just for a refill of his drink which in the firstplace are a little high in price compare to other fast food places around this area well deserving second refill what do you think? i hope the higher management of Jack in the Box takes a closer look at the startling reaction given to the returning customer a suggestion how about some classes of communication to learn the proper tone of voice that should be applied when speaking towards the customers.who are regulars. How about putting a big sign beside the price of drinks stating the 0 tolerance of a refill once the customers step out whats going to happen to the customer that enjoys the meals in the vehicle?

This location is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and they don’t care about your money you’ll get completely ignored . I had a coupon and they said they will not take so why send the coupon to me then.

Service wasn’t that great. Food was okay and the atmosphere was probably more like two stars but I’ll give them a three-star for effort. The outside was dirty and unkept I also observed an employee cleaning the table after cleaning the seats with the same rag therefore spreading any backside germs that somebody might have onto the table or food is served. I used to work for the health department and I would have gave them an f for this but the employee looked as if they were following the managers lead.
