Went yesterday and for the second time they shorted me 1 taco from my order. Not sure what’s going on in that place. If you can’t count to 8 you should go back to school. I also customized my order with extra lettuce and extra sauce and neither happened.

They always mess up your order. I’ve had my order messed up here more times than I can count or missing items. Food is good sometimes but what can you expect from microwaved food? The service isn’t the best at times. We had a young lady give us an attitude when we asked for no ice. She pretended she couldn’t hear us and replied to us condensing. I understand fast food workers have it hard enough with rude customers but we weren’t rude and both me and my boyfriend have worked in fast food for a long time before in other chain fast food restaurants and the behavior from her isn’t acceptable. Don’t bother to report these workers because fast food places need people to help whether they’re bad at their jobs or not.

Today May 27 Around10:20 I tried to order inside but there was a note that you ordered by drive trough even when there were people eating inside, I went to order outside and this person who was taking care of my order stopped answering me after a while answered me to just ignore me again, At this point I left the drive through.

I ordered a chicken fajita pita and 7 jalapeño poppers and when I got home to open my food I found 1 chicken fajita pita and 1 egg roll. So mad and not even worth the gas to go back and fix it. Very disappointing after a long day. Never leave the drive through window without checking what’s in your bag.

Just walked in to the Jack and literally stood in front of 3 people who did not acknowledge me. One guy who was I suppose the manager in charge saw me but never said a word or made an effort to do any type of motion to tell me I would be helpped soon since he was taking orders from the drive throu.

Out of the last 10 times I’ve been here my order has been the same thing and it has never been right. I have asked for no cheese sauce and no ranch sauce. I have received it light, regular, extra and no cheese sauce but they also removed the American cheese and shredded cheese as well. Once I got just the bread, pickle slice and hamburger patty. They either don’t understand, can’t read or both. Idk.

A Great place for convenience food! This joint has everything from burgers to milkshakes to Asian rice owls to chicken sandwiches along with hot or cold coffees. This joint will give McDonald’s a run for its money from delicious foods breakfast to dinner….not really healthy by any sense of the word but if you’re hungry and in need of quick eat!?…then look no further.

I don’t know what is wrong with Jack in boxes in those area, diet coke was half filled and southwest salad served with ranch, like I am never going back to them again. Maybe they should better learn quality control? Or at least put southwest stickers if they don’t care enough to check.
