Whenever I travel to an area with a Jack in the Box I try my best to have at least one meal. This restaurant was clean. The cashier was nice and we even made small talk with each other. The wait for the food is longer than most similar restaurants. But freshly made food is worth it.

I ordered on the website for delivery and when I received the food I was missing two of my burgers. So I tried to reach out and the only way was to call the restaurant so I tried. It rang and rang and then eventually just hung up on itself. What’s the point of that being the way to contact the store if nobody answers. Horrible service honestly

They legit stole my card. Just happened right now, 7/6/25 at around 4:30 pm. I went to the drive thru and the cashier never gave my card back. I immediately went back when I realized, but suddenly they “couldn’t find it”.

This is the third time incompetent employees have not given me the food I ordered, that I paid for with my own money. I’m done with this place. This happened way to many times for me to let it slide anymore.
They better get some good employees in this place. Every time I complain they just offer apologies. No reimbursement, they don’t even give us the food we’re missing. Customers deserve much better than this.

They get every single order wrong. They always forget at least one food item. Another place that also doesn’t know how to make the fried jalapeños, always cold and undercooked. It doesn’t matter who is working because they all have bad management. Also when you order on DoorDash, the restaurant doesn’t seal the bags with stickers like they’re supposed to so the delivery driver will steal some of your food guaranteed (because they’re Oakland based drivers) so between the restaurant forgetting an item and your driver stealing his own dinner for himself your order for 3 people turns into one person getting a sandwich and two people getting maybe a side item and you get ripped off $30 and DD will refund you 12 cents for the trouble.
