I would have wrote a review directly with the store, but I was not given a receipt. The guy at the window was very aggressive when taking my order at the drive thru, and he was aggressive with giving me my food, as he shoved it in my hands. Most of my curly fries spilled out at the bottom of the bag, and my food took over 10 mins. No one apologized for the wait or gave any update or customer service whatsoever. I go to this Jack often, and this was by far the worse experience. I’d rather drive further and go to another food place, as this one disappointed me.

Food is expensive and not worth the price. Food that used to be flavorful, is now bland and pricey. At least the onion rings are still good, but man, what a letdown from what Jack in the Box used to be. The staff, however, is quite friendly and always helpful.

Good normal jackin the box food. Only had one issue w an order, they replaced my burger pattie with a hash brown which is hilarious but they made up for it when I called and gave me a replacement meal

Terrible Doordash experience. Ordered two breakfast platters, which clearly included two of everything included, including two side salads and two coffees, and the delivery person only brought one of each, insisting that was correct, when the receipt confirmed our side of the story. Probably just stole one of our salads and coffees, and lied to our faces.

Ordered a small curly fries, first they didn’t add it then I had to wait for them to make them, when I drove by found out they gave me crumbs of fries and the bag was half empty.
