Stopped here because Rivets no longer has our mushroom Parmesan gourmet burger on the menu and five guys or farmer boys is kind of a drive. We got an ice cream along with the burgers and chicken sandwich. Really good value for taste and price and everything hit the spot. We will be going here instead of McDonald’s or taco bell across the street to save time, money, and get better food. Plus ice cream all in one place.

I went thru the drive thru and only had apple pay and so many other stores dont do this, the first time it scanned my phone there was no receipt printed so apparently that means it didn’t charge me? (i’m sure there was no paper in the machine) so i had to go inside and do it again even tho my phone said it had been charged he wouldn’t give me my food until it charged me again! he ignored my concern and told me to scan it again, i have been charged twice and the mistake was never fixed on their end this was my one and ONLY time i will ever go, improve your service respectfully. Every worker wants to go home at least do your jobs right.

This place is expensive! We got a #3 combo, honey bbq glazed combo and one small oreo blizzard for $21.00! Not clean inside either bugs all along window sill right where dining tables are. Service here was the only reason I gave one star. Other than that my dollar does not vote here again. Thanks anyways

This is the only DQ I know of in a 50 mi radius. I do not buy ice cream anywhere else. They are quick and so nice all the time. Even when they are busy they treat you well at the window. In general I do not think I have ever been in line from start to finish more than 10 min and that was a busy Friday night.

Teenagers working the dive thru window yesterday messed up on my order big time. I asked for Reese’s peanut butter cup sundae they gave me a cup full of ice cream, chocolate fudge syrup and full of peanuts inside. I don’t no how they messed that one up. Please offer additional training to the teenagers working here so they can do the job correctly. Also didn’t see any older adults around supervising these young teenagers. They did get the burger, fries and cotton candy right. The rest of the order was all wrong.
