Service was incredibly slow even though it said my order was ready In the app. Waited inside for 25+ minutes to still not recievr my food. Workers ignored me when I asked nicely, I understand the lunch rush but either way no good.

Service incredibly slow, waited 40+ minutes inside building AFTER the app said the order was complete. My brothers bag was sat behind the counter for 20+ minutes never being given it. I dont understand how bad this service is. Another thing, my brother saw one of the workers pick up an eggroll off the floor, and not change their glove. Absolutely disgusting. To add on to the fire, my order was not large, it was the smallest it could be with a fry and a sandwich. a 40+ minute wait for that is insane. Never coming again

buying food from this place is like gambling. Some Days and other time tacos are ice cold with cold cheese in it. Chicken strips are cold hard and even hard to bite into as a customer I go and spend so much money and I never know if I’m gonna get good food or cold And steal food. The workers also never put receipt in the food bag.

Tried asking the worker politely for my order behind on the shelf, told one second. Ignored when asked again, no one at the front at all. Watched my food become cold for 30 minutes as no one attended to my order. Finally after forever someone gave me my bag of now cold food.

I used the app to order it was easy and I got to the window to pick it up as they were filling my drink and another was adding my napkins and sauces to the bag everything was hot and fresh!!

What a waste of time and money…
My cheesecake was frozen rock solid but packed with the hot food so my hot food got cold. The fries were burnt cold and the sandwich looks like it was out together by someone trying to do it sloppy, and it was cold.

I placed an order online and it was ready quickly. Everything was packaged carefully and the drink had a sticker covering the seal. I would order online here again.

This is legit the best and freshest jack in the box in all of Antioch, it can be busier than the others but it’s worth it trust me, this locations food quality and presentation is the best, over the by contra Loma, over the ones in Pittsburg, jack in the box lone tree is thee best one. Trust.

I wish DESPERATELY I could give this place negative stars. Multiple times we’ve tried to get food from here. We’re truck drivers (so obviously can’t fit our truck in the drive thru), so we rely on the lobby being open. I had called at 9pm & was informed the lobby closes at 11pm.
Showed up at 9:45pm to locked doors. Tried to flag down an employee in the kitchen, and was met with direct eye contact then completely ignored. Walked to drive thru to get someone’s attention. Was ignored there as well.
Called 3x, finally spoke to Eva, told her the doors were locked & drive thru unresponsive. Response was “I don’t know why no one responded, we’re here. And I don’t know why the door was locked, it does that on its own sometimes.” Those were both lazy, fishy excuses. When we walked back to our truck, we saw someone pull up, walk inside, and come back out with bags of food, and QUICKLY.
Corporate needs to do an overhaul of this location. Absolutely trash customer service. Staff seems to pick and choose when they want to work. If you don’t want to deal with customers, work somewhere else.
While I understand safety concerns of employees, at least have the DECENCY to say “hey, sorry, our lobby is closed. can’t serve you.” instead of being treated like stray dogs. Will happily never go here again. ❌❌❌ AVOID AVOID AVOID ❌❌❌
