I came in and the first thing I noticed is that a person was mopping the floor behind the glass of the ordering stand. He then saw me, then set the mop down, and did NOT change his gloves before beginning to touch my food which is absolutely disgusting! I then proceeded to ask for 3 side tortillas with my 2 bowls and they were all BURNT so much that the tortillas fell into pieces and were ripped! I could not eat them and no one else could! Waste of money! The only person that served me and who did everything well was the cashier. Chipotle is beginning to upset me as it is my favorite food location!

Parking is always crazy here, especially during lunch, but I was able to find a spot.
I suggest ordering ahead online. It will save you so much time and you can just park in the 15 min spot to pick up (there is always a 15min spot available).
I can kind of see what people said about service getting worse.
I was hoping to pick up from the food shelf where they used to leave the orders (maybe people started stealing and they had to change it). But this time, I had to tell the lady there what my name was on the order. I shouted (because it was loud in there) my food order name and normal name sooo many times before she finally heard me and found my bag. She was not friendly either.
More reason to order online to not have to interact much with the employees.
Chipotle’s Queso Blanco is the best (especially with their chips)!!!! I loooove how tasty and flavorful it is. The chips are good by themself as well. So much deliciousness!!!!

An average Chipotle. I would recommend ordering in person, half the time I order pickup on the app the portions are super suspicious and not consistent. I have had some quality issues a handful of times, but most of the time you get what you expect from a Chipotle. The staff are pretty good and the interior is clean.

Bad customer service they didn’t even say anything or how can I help you. I told them what I needed and it’s like they weren’t listening because they were all talking and laughing as a group. I really wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. I don’t understand what is the point of working in customer service if you can’t handle it. The manager is supposed to be on the team about keeping busy and giving great customer service to all. It suppose to be a place to work not hang out and talk.

RAT PARADISE. There is so many rats outside when I walk in. Everytime I’m about to walk in there is 2 or 3 rats I see dashing in front of me 5 feet from the entrance to this place. It happens EVERY TIME. Not exaggerating one bit. Worried the rats are inside the building. Which seeing it’s infested with them 5 feet from the door. My money is on the rats.

I would honestly give the store zero stars if there were a choice. Twice now I’ve ordered DoorDash one time on September 16 and today in which my girlfriend ordered it. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken and there wasn’t even barely enough one serving of chicken let alone everything else. I’m very upset about this experience considering I work all night and I get ripped off twice in a row regardless of if I get a refund or a partial refund from DoorDash that’s still not OK. It’s the same thing as stealing. I would not recommend ordering at night from this place, especially on any kind of food delivery app because apparently they don’t care.

Management needs to step up, especially when compared to better-run locations like East Pasadena, Rosemead, Hollywood, and Studio City. I don’t usually write reviews, but after experiencing this level of quality multiple times, it’s clear this location needs serious improvement.

One of the better Chipotle locations I’ve been to. They actually give you a full bag of chips which is appreciated. And the guacamole was so good I went back and got a second helping. This place gets slammed during lunch hour so give yourself some extra time.
