Drive Thru closed @ 6am. 2 Days in a row, multiple times in the past 3 weeks. Chair put out to stop vehicles. When they are open, great service. If its not 24hours, dont advertise as such

Great spot to get a bite to eat late at night. Drive thru line can sometimes be very long but I’m sure that’s due to short staff. There is one lady there with brown hair and glasses that always does an amazing job great customer service and I would like to recognize that. Always asks for extra sauce and nothing about my meal is ever bad when she is there.

Worst service everrrrrr!! We came here at 9:40pm and stayed in the drive through line until 10:40pm just for them to tell us they were closed. There were approximately 12 cars behind us so we were stuck. I walked to the window and spoke to the lady Laura at the window she was rude and said to that this was the managers fault. I asked if they could tell the cars behind us to back up since we were stuck and they refused. I’m not understanding how a 24 hour jack in the box closes at 10pm. I’m also not understanding how they couldn’t be professionals and block off the drive through if it’s closed. I will not be back to the place and can’t believe they are still in business at this rate. Looking at reviews below others had the same complaint 6 months ago and nothing was never done smh. Get a better system in place this is horrible

the store is run by teenagers…weekends the drive thru lane is long cause the teenagers cant get it together…we waited 35min for a grilled cheese and got a sausage egg muffin cold. They have 0 clue what they are doing. I went to the jack in the box on sandcreek road!!!
