The foods great, but the service was terrible. I wasn’t greeted and the wait to order was like over 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. I told the cashier for here and she put my food in a to go bag.. then she forgot to give me a fork to eat my chicken bowl.. she didn’t hand it to me. She just tossed it on the counter. Poor service. She must be new.

Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been in. Slow service, food mediocre at best. Came here because it’s close to my job but never again. It’s 9:30 am and the coffees is warm not hot, I ordered a breakfast sandwich w/o meat (they added meat). Then when they re-made it she added 3slicesof cheese that wasn’t melted and croissant was burnt.

Just left drive thru, new packaging was noticeable right away. The packaging was a refreshing change. I order Jack’s Deals tacos. And they are crunchy, my lettuce was crisp and had the perfect amount of sauce. I love it when I can count on consistency each time. I have always driven away satisfied with whatever craving I was experiencing.

Did not get my order from Malvin J correct. Not only did my order miss my two tacos that was for my lunch, but they took more money for donation with out my consent. I was buying for a group of us at work and they agree that that is not right for them to take money without asking first. For now on I’m going inside to get my food and check the receipt and food they give me first. If I do use the drive thru I’m not leaving till check the order and the receipt before driving till they do there freakin job right or I will report them.

Very upset with the quality of the food. I ordered the number 13 chicken sandwich. I literally took one bite and spit it out I seen that my sandwich was red. It was either raw or no good! I could have seriously got sick! Upset to spend 15 dollars on a meal that is not up to standards.
