I ordered two garlic fries, water, and a regular sized drink. The total was almost $13.00. The amount of fries we got with each item was ridiculously minimal. The amount of fries we received were about the same amount you’d receive in a McDonald’s Happy Meal. There was barely any garlic sauce on the fries. We didn’t receive the correct requested condiments. It was really a rip off. I will never go here again.

The cashier was absolutely disrespectful and rude. Her name tag said Jessica but the receipt said Maritza . She messed up the order and when we tried to flag her down she decided to open the window aggressively and said we need to wait because CLEARLY she’s taking an order. Then I tried to explain the mix up because my boyfriend does not like to inconvenience anyone and she told me to be quiet and let him talk. Not only will it be my last time there but management needs to get that under control before it becomes a bigger issue. If you don’t like your job then go find another one. You messed up while placing the order and you want to come off passive aggressive and disrespectful to the customer. This is not how you run a business!!!!

I placed the order on the app and received a 20% off my order. I called regarding a question and was very surprised they answered and were very polite. Picked up my order without any problems. Food was hot, individually wrapped and bagged for each person. I ordered the chicken tenders, which I devoured, food and fries were hot and very tasty. I highly recommend. Great customer service and great food.

Got popcorn chicken and this is what a got for the classic, compared to the spicy and they were both the same regular size, called and talked to Sabrina, and she said she bagged my food and looked at all the boxes and they were all fine, that I was basically lying, why would I lie? Too top it off my son got a large popcorn chicken and they gave him the small taco box , I had to come back and show her the proof but the manager didn’t even want to talk to me when I asked for her she ignored me. The other girl at the window was really sweet and corrected my order, maybe she needs to be manager cuz Sabrina has no customer service skills.

Clean dining area, clean restrooms, all employees in uniform and very friendly. They were even happily working and talking as they worked together. Very harmonious. Food was great. Made to order, hot, and delicious all delivered to my table by an employee. Nice to not have my name yelled out to go pick up at the counter. Bonus : Have the Coke machine with endless combinations for YOUR choice of drink.

We went after 1 am. There was only one person in line and it took a while. When we pulled up to pay they seemed to be understaffed. The milkshake was good and the steak teriyaki bowl was delicious. We altered our order at the window and they were more than willing to accommodate. We thought the combo came with a soda, however the drink in the combo came as the milkshake. The were more than willing to give us a free soda for the misunderstand.
