The two female employees that worked on Monday 1-19-26 at around 3:30 pm should not work in service jobs. We were told that we can go somewhere else if we wanted, The poorest customer service we just wanted our order taken but they both refused to and then told us to order on the self order screen . We just had to leave. The employee’s at the Taco Bell next to jack in the box were the best. The owner of this jack in a box should have the Taco Bell employee’s train there employee’s. In addition the men’s restroom needs to be cleaned.

It was a horrible experience to get food at this location. The customer service was very bad and disrespectful. The cashier had an awful attitude. The side salad that I got was rotten. I hope this does not happen again to any other customer.

Only the second time I have eaten at a Jack in the box. The burger was several shades of ordinary. The side salad was better than what you get at most burger joint.
The Spanish speaking staff threw me for a loop. Sorry English speaking Canadian here. LOL!
Overall cleanliness was pretty good, but the bathrooms need to be remodeled. Dim lighting and graphfetti ie written it carved into everything including the sinks literally.
Price was on point for their combo number 7 the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger at

Very clean store in friendly staff. I ordered a breakfast burrito and thought it was like a dinky once you get a Taco Bell. Boy was a surprise where is my burrito way probably 3 pounds, slight exaggeration. But it was stuffed full of egg sausage patty bacon bits and cheese. I bet you Kenny just won

So when the big “Chicken Sandwich” debate started, I did my best to try them all & I finally tried Jack in the Box’… & they are in last place with the thinnest piece of processed meat ever… it was barely thick enough to mask the grease taste. & they didn’t have the potato wedges like the menu says so I got bacon cheese fries instead (another bad choice) they were hot & the bacon bits tasted real but the goopy cheese tasted like it was from a can & it was cold enough to start clumping up & only covered maybe ¼ of the fries

I honestly dont know how this location still open.
There were only 6 customers. And about 7 employees.
The entire restaurant was not clean at all.
No soap on the restrooms.
No towels.
No seat covers.
The kitchen line was full of trash and they even have some trash on the cooking line.

This jack in the box is located at the FlyingJ travel center, but not in the travel center. The food was hot and fresh. Service was good. Cleanliness wasn’t half bad in the dinning area… now for the restroom the toilet door was hard to latch, sticky as all get out “Men’s Room”. I had to stand there to hold the door closed for my dad who was week and coming home from surgery down south. The men’s room stank worse then a skunk especially around the pissers on the wall. Yes I would stop here again me being a former driver. It doesn’t bother me to much, though it could be better in the way of restroom cleanliness… and stocking of needed items like paper towels to dry your hands.

I can’t say anything about the inside of the store, but the service and food quality I’ve gotten with drive-thru have been great. I’m a commuter and always stop by during my drive every few weeks. There are other jack in the box stores that give us oil drenched, cold burgers with flat buns. But this jack in the box never disappoints.
