Not a good experience. Waitress disappeared and took forever to come back and take our order. It was not crowded and she only had two other tables…she wasn’t assisting them either. Tried the triple dippers. The little butger bites were good and so was the homemade ranch dressing. The honey Chipotle chicken crispers and the hot Memphis fried mozzarella both had an off putting taste. Almost burnt tasting like the grease got too hot. The wife’s loaded potato soup was very good.

Pleasant experience!! Chips and salsa are always good!! Triple Dipper won for the meal and it was the perfect choice!! Will definitely come back!! Perfect for family, date night or just flying solo!!

Okay let’s start with Service, upon walking in there was a young lady that greeted us. She was very nice. We waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated our waiter had a contagious smile on his face that made me light up. He even joked a little, I liked that. We ordered the Double Old Timer Burger and the Ultimate quesadilla salad. Let’s just say my child DESTROYED THAT BURGER, hats off to the chef(my bad for forgetting the picture). My salad was good I like the sauce that came with it. I almost forgot to snap a picture of it . We enjoyed everything and will be back!

MAN I love the food!!!! I would sell my arm for a triple dipper right now. I called asked if they would be able to hold a party of six after Chili’s only had 2 servers the night before. A delightful woman answered the phone and when I asked about if they could hold my party, she said “let me go get the manager” I sat on the phone on hold for 5 minutes and never got to speak to a manager. I understand people may have been busy but this has happened to me before. Will I go back to Chili’s? Yes. Am I aggravated that I couldn’t get a triple dipper tonight? Very much so!

The service is horrible, they never have anything when I come to order and I never come during closing. The waitresses/ waiters are very rude. I’ve come multiple times and gotten undercooked tenders. The whole place just needs an entirely new staff.

We waited 10 minutes before being able to sit. And of course that was fine but to waited and get the food that we got was horrible. And the manager really tried but she looked lost. First the food came out cold chicken was not cooked fully. And bye the way bad because I am pregnant. So that could have hurt my baby and second she took it back and brought the same plates back. Which bye that time it was dry and the pasta lost it favor. $35 was not a good spend at all. And the excuse was they are new in the kitchen. I really don’t care I want what I pay for.

My family and I (a party of 6) came in on today for lunch. For reference we dined around 2pm. The restaurant was almost empty so no they were not packed and yes the service was not good. The waiter spoke very swift and kept walking off as if she was in a hurry to leave. When the food came we requested plastic utensils which never came so I got them myself. My steak and shrimp were cold upon arrival. We did wait a while on food so I’m guessing some plates were ready and sat in the back until the entire tables order was finished. My sister’s tenders were literally cold to the touch on the inside. Waiter also ‘accidentally’ spilled ice water on me and stood there and stared at me until I asked her to get a towel. My sister left her food and did not pay for anything but her drink. I definitely spent $44 too much on my meal. Won’t be back. I Do not recommend this place especially for family gatherings or large orders. .

9-24-19 Tuesday dinner. The waiter at the bar was really good, super polite. One star for him. The restaurant was clean. One star for being clean. The food was not good at all. It had good presentation yet very disappointing. Definitely do not get the overly microwaved dry chili. So you would think that if not anything else the chili would be great considering it’s called Chili’s. Overall I would avoid going back.

It was good but to me not 75$ good I mean dang it was 21$ each plate and endless chips and salsa which was not endless extra refresh your chips … and we got the queso.. it was good.. server was good though I do not think it was 75$ worth of food ..I think this is the reason we stop going to chilis is because how crazy expensive it is first just 2 people to eat damn guys
