I got a Dr Pepper twisted soda and a lettuce wrapped junior chicken sandwich. This is the sorriest excuse for a lettuce wrap chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life.
I was told that they don’t put mayonnaise on them when they’re lettuce wrapped, so I had to ask for mayo and more lettuce.

I would have loved to give a rating on the food only if this location would allow me to pay for my order. I was delighted to hear the full menu was available when I stopped to order breakfast. Cashier told me no credit cards, cash only and my cash had to be exact change if I wanted to order food. Why even be open then? Would of absolutely loved to spend my money here.

Second time ordering a chicken sandwich from this Jack in the box where the chicken comes out to be rubber raw. First time I threw it out and let it go because I get it things happen but this is the second time this happens. Please stop serving raw chicken you guys already take a long time giving the orders. At least cook it right so no one gets sick. Took a big bite right into raw chicken ridiculous.

Was just horrible I bought 3 curly fries all my fries were faked with curly fries on top and reg fries on bottom my Sandwhich bread was not even toasted. My snack wrap not even made correctly.

1st. We encountered was a stichy floor in front of the counter.
2nd. Manger was nice and took our order quickly.
3rd. One item was made incorrectly but was corrected right away.
4th. The red shirted worker took fries that were in the area for scooping up and put them back in the basket and dropped them back in the oil.
5th. I spoke with the shift lead before posting this review.

Pretty basic what expected for a fast food. Here is a new one though they started to charge for Ranch. Hours are wrong please update on google.

This Jack in the box really was not on top of their game. This day I ordered on the app. Waited 10 minutes to go to the drive-thru. Was told to wait at the speaker and then finally got up to the window. I was told to drive around to the front of the store so I’m going to be honest all they care about is their drive times. They don’t care about customer service
