Great location! And you can use 50 points for a free coffee or tea here, or save up to 150 points for a free large handcrafted drink (like a latte). I also found out you can get double points for each mobile order, and members get free non-dairy milk with mobile orders. Great friendly staff here, and I always enjoy talking to the baristas when I pick up my order!
I know this location sometimes doesn’t ask if I want to use my points, but I save up so many and like to gift my rewards to friends in the app, so it honestly speeds up the transaction so much and I appreciate it a lot!

First off, I LOVE Caribou and this is a review for this location specifically.
Last time I went, it had been quite a while since I’ve received the free drink or bakery item from my points rewards. I had asked if that one could be a free drink. The drive through person said they couldn’t see how many points I have exactly, but it wasn’t enough to get a freebie today. Cool, I probably didn’t have quite enough.
Today I figured I’d check in before I drove to this one again. I logged into my Caribou account online to make sure I had enough. I have not been to a Caribou since my last stop at this location and only spent the normal $6-7 last time. My account had 71 points this morning, only 50 are needed for the free drink…
So today I tried again. This time I didn’t bring up the free drink – any other location sees that I have the free option and tells me I can redeem that or keep saving. Not this location, the drive through person told me my total and that was it. They actually stared saying “It looks like you have…” the line cut and she came back on to tell me it’ll be $7 and change at the window.
Now I’m thinking.. maybe I have the wrong account log in. Maybe the one I’ve logged into is not attached to the phone number I gave?
I will attach screen shots of the points totals before and after showing the 71 and 78 points. I’m not sure what’s wrong at this location, or if they’re trying to get sales numbers up? They are not letting me redeem points. Even when I ask and have enough they’ve told me I don’t.

Customer service sucks here. I love caribou but I won’t be coming here anymore. I asked for my coffee to not have whipped cream 2x, I pulled up, got my drink before i wanted to tip, the coffee had whipped cream, I asked the cashier no for no whipped cream again. She grabbed my drink and spooned out the whipped cream. Half of my cup was empty. That’s insane. Ended up throwing it away.

The app messed up and sent this store order 5 miles away from my normal store. I called and was taken care of by a very nice employee. She was able to resolve my issue quickly and genuinely sounded apologetic for the mistake the app made. Gold standard customer service!

Ample seating, very cleaning inside. I can tell when the employees are getting a little burnt out in the evenings. Oftentimes see loiterers and people sleeping inside and people walking around asking for bus/gas money.

Whenever we get our car serviced at Firestone on Robert Street, this is where we go to wait. Caribou coffee actually makes the wait so much worth it. Very chill atmosphere, and you don’t feel rushed to leave. Always a great choice of food and snacks.

On my way here I got an important call so I had to park before Going in to the drive thru I spent sometime talking. this woman comes parks right next to me. Appears annoyed that I’m parked here, she is wearing a caribou tag. Then she comes out of the building, enters her vehicle after looking annoyed at me being parked here again, she hits my door with her yellow car door and then leaves, I don’t know what this is all about, but I hope they have cameras out here, ridiculous behavior, there is plenty of parking available. I just parked wherever I found first. And she had the need to show me that. Maybe this is their parking for being workers? or whatever, ridiculous. My truck is parked correctly inside the space, she had this tiny car and was hitting my truck, if i wasn’t in the middle of a call and uncertain of whether or not I was at fault on the parking side of things, she would’ve gotten a nice earful, no where does it say exclusive parking

Took forever but weren’t very busy … not sure why but they were nice about it so I guess it wasn’t a huge deal. I could see someone who was super dramatic being mad about it though, especially DoorDashing. Generally speaking, I’ve had faster experiences about 90% of other Caribou locations. But again – they were nice so ♂️

Note: Lobby closes early! at 7:30pm on Sunday’s, only drive threw open until 9pm. Two older white homeless guys in there sleeping. They seemed harmless, but kinda odd and sad. Wish lobby was open later. Great interior decoration and feel. Pretty clean too. Glad it’s in the neighborhood.
