Every time I go to this location they always make mistakes on my order. I ordered 6 different burgers, 4 in combos and 2 by themselves, I only received 4. The fries were incorrect, and one of the burgers was wrong (not one that I ordered) as well. I also ordered two different milkshakes and they gave me the wrong flavors and at first they didn’t even have them ready at the window and didn’t want to give them to me until I told them to check the order again since I didn’t get the receipt. I spent about 50 dollars on this order and I didn’t even receive what I ordered. The customer service was pretty bad (with the exception of the cashier),but that’s nothing new from fast food restaurants especially on a holiday.

Customer service is 50/50 the girl that took my order was great. But the one at the window could care less. She was more attentive to the conversation with her coworkers that she “forgot” my receipt. I get home and check my food and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a premium burger and they gave me a dollar menu one. Ordered tacos with my order and they were soggy and burnt. It looked like they had them sitting there and they refried them. The lettuce was old and tasted horrible. The fries were cold and soggy. So in general everything was soggy and not fresh. I can’t call and complain and ask for a refund cause of my lack of receipt.

The service I received was through the drive-thru. There were 4 cars in front of us , but they had really great and quick service. Their employees are patient :), which is a good thing, even when busy. With the 4 cars in front of us ( my husband and I), it took less than 10 minutes we were given our food and out of there

I never had an issue at this Jack in the box location sometimes they have you park in the front and they bring out your food but it’s still not a long wait. Also like inflation all prices went up but anymore then any other place.

I went to jack in the box in the morning and when paying, one of my daughters gave the wrong amount to an employee and she tossed her change back at her which was very disrespectful , the employee also use foul language out loud and was not acting professional. A dear Friend of mine also encountered with the same woman. My friend went to tell the workers they gave the wrong order and they repeatedly told her that she should have asked for a receipt when usually the workers are required to hand the receipts , she looks overweight and dark brown hair, I did not get her name.
