I had an outstanding experience at this location, thanks entirely to Eduardo. His customer service was exceptional, he got my order exactly right and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted it. In a time when genuine kindness and attentive service seem increasingly rare, Eduardo stood out as a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. You guys have a real gem on your hands with him. He turned what could have been just another fast food stop into a memorable experience. Highly recommend this location, and if Eduardo is working, you know you’re in good hands.

Went into the store to purchase a taco that I receive on my birthday as a deal thank you Jack in the Box but the service was very rude I never use the app and when I asked if I could have some assistance he didn’t want to and told me just to figure it out on the app this is unprofessional and rude why would I want to buy here if they’re going to treat the customer like this definitely if you have an issue with your order

Waited 30 minutes in line at 2:30am. The drive thru speaker was broken so we had to wait to get to the window and the girl took our order. Milkshake machine wasn’t working and they didn’t have alot of things available to order. Staff was polite.

I just had the worst experience. I only ordered two breakfast jacks and was the only one in line for the drive-through and it took them 10 minutes to get my order. The manager that has no tag on didn’t notice that my tap pay did not go through and I had to let her know because she was to busy talking with coworkers very unprofessional and no sense of urgency

This place is not just a jack in the box. It’s a go to place for whatever the midnight hour brings. Partying it up? Go get some food from here. Need some lunch? Boom. Jack in the box. Their mini tacos are my jam. The loaded mini tacos is where it’s at. The chicken sandwich is great too. And the staff? Such nice people. They always treat people kindly.

I went during the lunch rush today. I always see the same guy in the front, my receipt says Eduardo on it, he was running back & forth taking cars food that were waiting on the side & still smiling & being polite while helping me. I saw the manager Nichole jumping back & forth helping inside. I don’t know if it was the lunch rush or they’re short staffed because I see these two often. Great work, they deserve a raise.

I recently visited Jack in the Box at this location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Firstly, I ended up with food poisoning after eating there, which is absolutely unacceptable. The quality of the food was so poor that I couldn’t even finish it.
To make matters worse, my Jr Jumbo Jack was made incorrectly not once, but twice. Despite giving them another chance to correct their mistake, the staff still couldn’t get it right. This level of incompetence is astonishing and reflects very poorly on the training and management at this location.
Overall, my visit was marred by poor food quality and inept service. I would strongly advise against eating here unless significant improvements are made.

As someone with extensive experience in the food industry, my recent visit to Jack in the Box was deeply disappointing. The service was abysmal, with staff appearing disorganized and uninterested in assisting customers. This lack of competence and training was evident throughout my experience.
The tacos I ordered were poorly made, with ingredients haphazardly thrown together and soggy shells that were far from appetizing. It’s clear there was no care taken in their preparation.
Overall, the combination of terrible service and subpar food quality makes it impossible for me to recommend this location. Significant improvements are needed before I would consider returning.
