I just went to this El Pollo Loco and I got a hair in my food again. Now I know it wasn’t one of my hairs the first time. The photos show the food is untouched & the hair is lodged in there. Also, check out this bag with no logo & I got no receipt. I put my drink in the pic to show this meal is new because I got no receipt.

I went in for a double chicken bowl and when I began to eat my food I noticed I was chewing something that was not edible. I spit out what I was chewing and realized they had left the plastic on the cabbage. I had the dish replaced but the cashier had an attitude as if it was my fault that this happened.

Food was great & my overall dine in experience exceeded my expectations! A young man named Erwin was extremely helpful and polite! He made my day and even put a smile on face. They are extremely rude in the drive thru. Was just there 10 minutes ago. Ordered and paid for a double chicken taco salad and this is whqt I got? 7-8 pieces of chicken? I hate to complain but I never come here Bcuz of how rude your drive thru staff is!!! If I could choose 0 stars I would.

I feel ashamed to say I’m permanent customer of el pollo loco big bear. This is one of the worst branch of el pollo loco. The quality of food is Zero if we talk about quality with staff they always behaves rude. If I told about ambience of restaurant that is also too bad drive thru section lobby both are in very bad conditions. 1 or 2 months ago the staff is good and they improved the quality of food a lot. But from last month I saw whole staff is changed even I listen their is no manager at this movement. When I ask about old guys I found all of the old members of el pollo loco left their jobs and now new staff is hired which is untrained . I don’t know what happens but all the old guys are professional and gud. I miss those guys a lot. I hope #bordofdirectors take this issue seriously and trained new guys as soon as possible and improve food quality so we think about visit their again. Thank you
