Go to farmer boys not far away And definitely worth it! Super disappointed with the southwest chicken salad. I rarely eat at Jack In The Box and I was reminded why. The last 10 years I’ve gone I’ve always been disappointed. I usually order something different too. For a southwest salad, I was given a garden salad with crispy chicken (my choice) iceberg lettuce, cheese, and a couple cherry tomatoes with croutons, tortilla strips, southwest dressing on the side. If you can even call them chicken strips. This is not a southwest chicken salad. I am beyond disappointed. The service was great but the food terrible. I would give five stars for the service and no stars for the food. Jack In The Box needs to step up their game.

I went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken fajita bowl, double chicken. Received a crispy chicken teriyaki bowl with very little chicken that is mostly crunchy breading. This is too salty to even consume. Tried to call in but no one answers the phone.

FYI: Staff is in the Parking Lot, Not Working. White sedan in the parking. Two female employees were sitting in it, giggling and hanging out instead of working. The ones left inside couldn’t be bothered to pick up the slack. Gave them a solid minute at the speaker, saw them look, heard nothing back , so I left. I’m not paying for food to fund a social hour in the parking lot. This is a joke. Management needs to get out here and see what their “team” is actually doing. Until then, go somewhere that actually wants your business.

I tried to say what I want many times but the two girl kept asking me what I want and I heard another girl from the back was giggling. Once I came to the window they said they don’t have brown rice. I was so frustrated, seriously you make fun out of a person’s accent. Unhappy local customer.

My 12-year-old son couldn’t hold it any longer and asked permission to use the restroom, but they wouldn’t let him in. They said he had to buy something to be allowed to use the bathroom. I understand this with an adult, but with a child, they went too far.

Ok so went back after complaining my sons taco combo was cold and they reached out and sent me 2 free combo lunch coupons I thought that was really great however, went today to buy my son his lunch the exact same thing Luke warm food which made taco extra Greasy and fries too. I know it was lunch time and they were busy but they were sufficiently staffed. ♀️ I guess don’t order that any more ?

I love how well they lettuce wrap any burger for you!! Also like the variety of soda drinks available, one of my favorites is the Diet Dr Pepper Strawberry.
When I’m on the go and haven’t eaten or need to get something quick, this is always a doable option for sure 🙂
