Just went for 2 burgers, fries, and 8 piece chicken nuggets. I got home and once I checked they never put in my fries in or charged me for them. I only received my burger but only put in one. honestly disappointing because I always try to be clear, polite, and talk slow so my orders correct. I cant even call because the number never works so maybe this location should not be my go to anymore. which is personally inconvenient since I live so close.

We came here for breakfast. There was no Coca-Cola Zero, so I informed the manager, and she said they were out and suggested Diet Coke. I chose decaffeinated coffee instead, and the manager stated they were out of decaf. Mind you, this was at 9:10 a.m., and she claimed they were out of both. Since they were out of both, I asked the manager to refund my drink. The manager instead went to the back kitchen area and within minutes returned and told an employee to tell me they now had Coca-Cola Zero.

The manager told her this was due to my wife getting the last serving of the pot instead of just exchanging her coffee for a fresh cup. My wife again asked for an exchange, which she got. Also, my wife placed an order for a sausage croissant combo and was served a ham and bacon croissant. Clearly, this manager did not want to be bothered and was doing everything possible to avoid having to stop whatever she was doing. I don’t believe she understands that part of her job is to make things right. Who do we as customers turn to if the manager is not willing to do her job. The CEO or someone in a high position needs to do something about this location. I like Jack in the Box but will stay clear of this location.

I’ve never had any issues with this location in the past 10 years that I come to this specific jack in the box but today was just not it. First the lady at drive through told me she wasn’t going to change my drink as I chose a dr pepper and tea online but let me say that it doesn’t give all the drink options so I told her and she said still can’t change it. Well I informed her it’s not my fault and they need to fix that on their end. Secondly I ordered the 2 jack combo online and they didn’t put cheese on either of them and it specifies that it comes with cheese. Going back to the drink issue the lady stated It’s my responsibility to call them and let them know the drink I want but no where on the app does it say CALL STORE TO CHANGE YOUR DRINK. They need to take it up with upper management or whomever takes care of the online ordering.

So much for fast food. This place takes so long to get your food you better call it in 30 minutes in advance. Women working here would rather sit and talk about boyfriends and nonsense instead of doing their job. So sad that even at a fast food place’ you have to deal with arrogance and laziness. I ordered a Fan Favs Box and it’s worth the price because it came with curly fries, mozzarella sticks and mini tacos! It also comes with three sauces (Creamy Avocado Lime, Homestyle Ranch and Marinara). It was delicious and satisfied my appetite and I was happy! Thanks for the delicious food!

Fast lines and food is (usually) consistant. I stopped getting the buttery jack when over half the time they’d forget the sauce or only put a tiny bit in the center. It is quite upsetting because the burger can be really good. I get tacos now….
