Asked for sauces & we were told the manager wants to charge extra for any sauce (we had 4 sandwiches, 2 large fries & a variety box). Then the rude, aggressive manager came to the drive thru window & shouted the same to our faces as if we’re asking for something out of the ordinary that’s given to us for free in every other jack in box we’ve been to. We drove further to go to this location but never again!

Walked in and asked someone if they could spare $5 Because it’s so hot outside so I really wanted a shake Something refreshing, and they could have said no. But they were very kind enough to get something for me. And a few seconds or a minute later. This guy walks up and yells at us. I would assume that he is the owner. But he yelled at me saying that he’d kick me out. And I’m officially banned just for asking someone if they and provide a shake for me.

I had bad experience at this Jack in the box location before, but never wrote a review. i tried to give them another opportunity tonight, it’s 9:52pm and all I wanted was an iced tea, the guy at the speaker did not welcome me and said “we are currently close for the night”. There is 2 more cars infront of me, how can they be close for me but still handling orders. Clearly their hours are until 10pm. BAD BAD PLACE.
