Couldn’t make my order right ordered off the app said no raw onions and add extra grilled onions and got raw onions then I was told those were grilled onions. Gilled onions are more of a brownish color were raw onions are white and what was on my burgers was white onions. They also tried to reuse the burgers I brought back until I said something. Overall this is one of the worst experiences I have had with Jack in the box

On 3/5/23 I was excited to use my new entertainment guide coupon at this jack-in-the-Box for a buy one get one free menu coupon. But as soon as I got there and showed them my entertainment guide coupon I was immediately told no with a serious” attitude” by an employee who’s name is Aminne. I showed her the coupon and that it was for this store location and she again immediately said she’d never seen a coupon like that and would not accept it. She was acting so unprofessionally and didn’t even try to find out more about how she could help me with accepting this coupon. I was very upset and requested the name and phone number of her supervisor . She turned her back on me and said you get respect when you give respect. Today 3/6/23 I spoke to the supervisor named Geraldine and explained what happened and how I was so poorly treated with this very unprofessional employee. The supervisor was very professional and understanding and said she would talk and ensure this employee was told how to be more professional around their customers. She offered me a free meal, which I thought was very kind . If I was treated this way by the other employee, I would’ve had no issues or problems. My compliments though to the supervisor.

I am not a morning person so today I had some organizing I had to do at my storage so I drove over to the Edwards and bolsa location. From fountain valley to “Jack in the Box “for one reason. they are the one and only place that still serves .a cup of coffee you can taste. It seems all the donut shops and other fast foods serve what they call a cup of coffee yet its just basically hot colored water very little coffee involved. So when you need a coffee you can feel try this place i think you will be quite happy with the. Quality and strength of there cup of coffee and you wont spend as much as you would have at Starbucks. Don t get me wrong Starbucks is my fave but. at this point in the pandemic. I chose my other less expensive choice. ” Jack in the Box”
