I’m not a complainer, and I always try to be reasonable and understanding, especially knowing that this is a fast-paced fast-food restaurant. However, our experience was disappointing from the very beginning.
When we tried to place our order at the kiosk, the side we wanted was not listed as an option, so we went to the cashier. We stood there for quite some time without anyone acknowledging us. Eventually, one employee rudely said, “You can order at the kiosk,” so I explained the issue we were having. A cashier finally took our order, but unfortunately, he entered it incorrectly.
When our food arrived, my husband asked about the missing items, and we were told that we had ordered incorrectly—which was not the case. The staff was very rude overall, although one employee did apologize. The environment felt stressful, and as we sat there, we noticed that nearly every customer had to return to the counter to correct an order issue.
Hopefully you can plan staffing a little better and train your employees to maintain a good environment and provide good costumer service to everyone.

LATE-NITE BITES on-the-go! Jack in the Box is iconic for a reason, it’s got all-day breakfast and an easy-to-follow menu for the weary traveler. I’ve stopped at this location a couple times and it’s always a good experience. I got the Sourdough Supreme meal w/ a lemonade and French fries. If you don’t want hashbrowns with your combo, I recommend substituting like I did!
The drive-thru experience was great, we were immediately greeted and acknowledged. The menu is nice and bright, which is especially helpful when you’re pulling up late at night. My family and I pulled up after a long trip around 10pm and there was no one ahead of us. The lady at the window was a little zesty but professional nonetheless, overall a solid ambiance.
Jack currently has a $6 dollar meal deal which comes with an assortment of goodies like mini tacos, fries and a burger, it’s a favorite for sure!

I rolled through the drive-through expecting the usual chaos of crumbs, mystery grease, and the faint echo of regret but NO. This drive-through was so clean it felt spiritually aligned. Like, if a health inspector floated by on a cloud, they’d shed a single tear. The pavement gleamed. The window sparkled. I half-expected someone to offer me a hot towel and ask about my day. Immaculate. Surgical. A place where dreams and napkins are respected.

Smooth . The presence? Commanding The vibe? Impeccable. I don’t mean to be dramatic, but if confidence were a seasoning, he’d be the house special. I found myself thinking unholy thoughts like wow, incredible, and I could simply eat this man up like the last perfect fry at the bottom of the bag. Respectfully. Enthusiastically. With awe. Absolute five-star human energy radiating through that drive-through window.

The food: flawless in its simplicity. A large French fry, hot, crispy, golden like it knew it was chosen. Three ranches—not two, not one-and-a-half, but THREE—an act of generosity that will not be forgotten. And napkins. Plural. Prepared. Thoughtful. This is a kitchen that understands consistency, care, and the importance of ranch ratios. The cooks clearly know what they’re doing and do it the same way every time, which in this world is a beautiful, stabilizing thing.
Overall, an elite experience. Clean as a whistle, staffed by stars, and delivering reliable, delicious food with confidence. I came for fries. I left impressed, a little flustered, and extremely well-sauced. Would return. Would recommend. Would drive through again without hesitation.
