Being told that mobile orders have to take a minimum of 10 minutes before they can be given to customers is a wild statement. I realize that mobile orders do take time to prepare, and I didn’t have a time crunch so I didn’t make any comments as to a rush. But unsolicited advice on how I should order is uncalled for and blatantly rude. I was also told to either pull to the front or wait a few minutes and go back through the drive through. I said I’ll just park in the front. When she finally brought my meal out to me she said “that she is only bringing me out my food this one time and next time I’d have to go through the drive through”

I am missing a cookie item that is supposed to come with my meal. My spicy chicken sandwich isn’t spicy and is hard as a rock. Not edible. I call for a solution because it’s almost midnight I already made it home and do not want to drive back and no one answers the phone. Every time I go to this location the employees are rude and quality of the food is terrible.

They forgot the bacon and the syrup on my to go order and napkins even though I asked for them on line. I guess they don’t know how to read? I picked up my order inside. The place had no customers inside. The trash was over filling and water leaks on the floor. They don’t even bother to clean it up. I told them about it but they didn’t care. Since this location doesn’t care about customer service or how clean or dirty the place is. We won’t bother coming back. There are other Jack in the box to go to. If they were nice and hard working then I wouldn’t have anything bad to say. This location has lazy employees. Food prices are so high these days and the employees earn $20 an hour. Customers should be treated better and the place should be spotless. Stop hiring people who are not hard working. They should have great customer service. That’s their job. If they don’t do it, they should get fired! I’ll go to corporate and report this Jack in the box on Yucaipa!

Fries were wet, cold, raw to the point of food safety concerns. Employees avoid working the front counter customers and prioritize the drive-thru. Understaffed. Occurred at ~6:30 PM, 09/11/25. Can’t complain on heyjack.com because the location conveniently isn’t listed. Management/owner needs to hire more employees. Go to a different Jack than this one.

the lady at the drive thru wouldn’t give me one ranch or any other sauces. She said I had to pay 27 cents for any sauce. I tried to explain it’s only for extra sauce as your window says 25 cents. She proceeded to wave me off and said sauces are only for combo for ranch? Who ever owns this Jack in Box needs to train their employees better. Tone is everything in customer service.

Coming on here to mention their rude staff and I’m not surprised everyone else in the reviews sees the same thing. The managers are supposed to set the example of good customer service but they’re the main ones that are rude or argue over a couple ketchup packets. ( yes they denied ketchup because my order was online). Whoever owns this Jacks needs new managers.

I ordered chicken nuggets and asked for my sauces and a lady named Evelyn just rolled her eyes at me and completely ignored me so I asked again and she completely refused to give me the sauces that came with my meal, totally disrespectful and it’s not the first time this girl has done this she needs to be fired if she doesn’t know how to give good customer service she’s rude and I will not be coming back to this location her attitude was absolutely unacceptable

Twice now we went through drive thru where the morning manager worked the window. My husband asked for the senior discount and she rudely said they only give it on coffee. Then on the salad we ordered we asked for a second salad dressing and she made us pay for it. Today we went through drive thru and my husband asked for mustard for his burger and she told him they didn’t have any and shut the window rudely! No mustard? This is early morning and you have no mustard . Our drinks are always filled to the top with ice and hardly no drink. Every other Jack n Ball x we go to their very nice and there’s never an issue with an extra dressing. The workers are very nice but this woman at this place shouldn’t be working with the public. We will not go to this place anymore! Treat people like you want to be treated.

Today we did an online order for the first time and my husband drove to pick it up and the workers had it wrong Tyler and his co worker who was a female at the register were extremely rude to him. They both need an attitude check working with customers! Especially when the order was not complete and saying things like your lucky I gave you a large fries! He’s a senior and they were mean! Telling him he was in the wrong place. They didn’t want to be bothered with it!Food was cold never again will we be back!
They didn’t want to share their names when he asked.The woman said no. Hopefully the owner can check into it!

Employees were very rude, I ask for no cheese on my croissant because of health issues and the lady was rudely told me to take off myself even though the cheese is melted into bread with no way to take off. The specific employee at the front is not made for customer service if she doesn’t care to help.
