Smaller older location. But the staff is really nice. I have ordered here a number of times and always very happy. They get the orders right. No problems. This time I tried the nashville hot cheese sticks. Holy wow!!!!! I love nashville hot chicken. Best in nashville is reds hot chicken. Best In Los Angeles is Howlin Rays. But I have to say Jack has truly nailed the nashville hot flavor. Best cheese sticks i have ever had.

Went to Jack in the Box about 20 minutes ago, told the individual taking my order light ice and told her a couple of times light ice for both of my drinks, when she handed us the drinks, it had extra ice so I tookd a lot of ice out, they said they couldn’t take the drink back so I went in the store to do refill the drink myself.
Came home and one of the buttery smash burger had no cheese, terrible customer service, haven’t been to that location in years and now I remember why, they have incompetent people working there and ignore simple requests.

Homeless everywhere, begging for money, one guy even had his dog follow me. It was weird. They messed up our order, but the manager was really nice about it. Told me he would remake it. I told him no thank you, I just wanted them to know so they could pay better attention.

What is the purpose of editing your order on the app if it’s not going to be correct, I ordered 6 tacos with extra lettuce & extra sauce, it seemed like it was the complete opposite when I picked it up, very little lettuce and very little sauce. Little things like this go a long way, especially when passing by and expecting what you ordered. Very upsetting

Went to Jack in the Box and ordered and paid through their mobile app. This Jack is frequented by a wide variety of customers. Many homeless tour buses. It’s always busy, and the service is fast and efficient. The staff do a good job at meeting the high traffic and varied clients that frequent this location. The food is good for being a fast food restaurant. The coffee tastes good. My only wish is that the place would be cleaner, but I understand it’s difficult with the high traffic. Good effort though.

I ordered a vanilla milk shake and small fries. There’s a lot of signs that suggest a lot of people experiencing homelessness frequent this Jack in the Box. The bathrooms didn’t require a key and was clean. Closest bathroom besides Subway down the street.

Placed a mobile order, got there when they said it’d be done. They asked if I was ready to order, and I said I was waiting on an order, THEN they started making it. They forgot an entire meal and drink because the staff was too busy messing around to focus on their orders.

Very slow service, took close to 20 minutes. Tiny sitting area, the ice machine wasn’t working and they knew, but didn’t tell me until after I went back to the counter to tell them it wasn’t.
After the long wait, I drove away then realized they missed one of my items.
