I’ve been a customer of Jacks for over 50 years this CALIMESA location is by far the worst location for service , food quality. Employees have a rotten attitude. The entire west side of town doesn’t support it. It survives from freeway exit traffic for fast food . I live a few blocks away from it and I go to Highland Spring location. The owner needs to fire entire staff , close and re staff the location and have a re Grand opening. Good Luck.

This location is bipolar, one day is super good the next terrible. I guess this location isn’t 24 hours anymore, I pull up at 3:55 am the lady said they don’t open 4:30-5 am…. Frustrating that I couldn’t get some quick food after a long night of work…

Food is good. One guy is rude, but I’m disappointed by the charge of sauce. Idk don’t care it’s 25¢ but sauce for an item should change. Some item require more sauce and you’re saying each one gets 1? Nah some things should get two. But charging a lot for them is just horrible

I’ve been here a few times and it was awful each time. They close at weird times, for whatever reason. They are very much a crew in need of training. Service and food are not Jack’s usual quality.

I came here with my son and he loved it. The Staff were quick and friendly. This is the first jacks I’ve been too that’s very clean and the food was amazing.
