Tonight, (02/25/25)we just finished church at 8:30pn we were on our way to this JIB and the dining area was freezing . How? It was even warmer outside. How do you expect your guests to eat in peace? It ws running at least in the 38 degrees and not joking. Do your employees do this in purpose so they have less things to clean at night? Not happy at all! You wanna make money, you, yes the owner, re-train your crew asap

Drive thru, 10pm
The cashier that took my order was pleasant and thorough, but I sat 15 minutes at window.
I could smell fries cooking, so I figured that was the reason she disappeared and didn’t have my order yet.
When I paid, cashier had to take my card to another register? (out of sight), and she asked for my pin #. I don’t think that should be allowed.
Got food.
FRIES OLD AND COLD, UNEDIBLE.
BREAD COLD AND INSIDES MESSY ,HUGE LETTUCE CHUNK, 1/2 CHEESE SLICE, NO SAUCE
CHKN PATTY SMALL AND ROOM TEMP.

Customer service is everything to a business. This restaurant does not have good customer service. My family and I ordered chicken nuggets and an Oreo shake through drive-thru. The cashier was quite rude (no courtesy like hello, thank you). She refused to give me her name and seemed unhappy to receive our business. It all started with the speaker system (difficult to hear and order, and a bit of a wait). Then we asked for another bbq sauce, which we did not mind paying the 22cents for. I asked her name because I did not see a name tag, and I planned to write a review as I always do. She told me she does not have to give me her name or the Manager’s name. To prevent holding up the line, I just went inside and spoke to the manager directly about the cashier’s unprofessionalism. Bottom line, the food was good as most Jack n The Boxes are, but the service was abysmal. P.S. The receipt reads: Sonia.

I just ordered the new spicy loaded waffle fries, which come with cheese and spicy sauce and I got what looks like some fries just thrown into a box with barely any cheese, no spicy sauce. So what did I pay for?

Omg I order a Jr cheeseburger mail. The curly fries had only one fry that was curly.The rest looked like leftover scrap pieces. The burger I can guarantee was not beef, not at all.Not no percent. I was very disappointed.

If I could give this place no stars I would. There’s only about 2 good employees here which is sad as they do not deserved to be grouped with such a horrible staff. I usually never come to this location to eat but I stopped by for a quick bite and the food was clearly not fresh or the oil the food was cooked in was extremely dirty. The girl who took my order was nice and did not rush me but whoever handed me the food clearly seemed annoyed.
