I have always enjoyed Jack in the Box restaurants. Yet, the view & close proximity to the freeway are about the only things going for this location. The service was terrible and the men’s bathroom was disgusting.

This store is intentionally preparing their breakfast items poorly at night. This is the third time where my bun was stale, hard and tasted like it came from the floor or someone stepped on it. Every time it’s the same. The eggs also taste old, maybe spoiled. I know the staff doesn’t like making breakfast because my daughter worked there and told me they hate to make it. This is getting out of hand. If it’s on the menu, I should be able to order an get edible food. The eggs are rancid and disgusting. Your customer don’t deserve having their money taken for food they can’t eat. Your workers are lazy and entitled. This has to stop. I called the store and got no answer.

I like Jack’s wide menu, and that’s why I go. The service quality at this location varies widely (it’s the closest to me) with huge extremes, especially lately. Today, however, I got the best service ever, maybe a top-5 Jack experience, and it was at the drive-through no less. The guy was very polite, and was really on top of it with a complex order with special requests. Great staff today!

It’s 1/2/26 I come in to grab something really quick to eat in the morning it says that the doors are open at 5:00 a.m. or 6:00am and it’s already going to be 7:00 a.m. and the staff is just sitting and eating yeah very good service

Hey, Jack-in-the-box! I liked the part where you guys put 5 slices of swiss cheese on my burger, but can you melt them a little next time? Thanks! And it was even better when we asked the drive-thru gal for a drink holder for our 4 drinks, and she handed us 2 flat pieces of cardboard!!

This place is unbelievable every single time I go there they screw our order up baffles me something that they do every day they can’t even get right pulled around found out where we’re missing all the tacos we ordered had to go inside to get the tacos then we get back home we had ordered a Jumbo Jack and they gave us a chicken sandwich it amazes me these guys can’t do their job this is at the Jack in the Box in Desert Hot Springs Palm Drive down by the freeway literally every single time we go there they get the order wrong then they won’t even compensate you for their screw up after you tell them about it so gave the place to try again today went for the mini tacos loaded all I got was a big box filled with a bunch of stuff and it’s a little tiny taco shells you can see in the corner but nothing in them why can’t you people do at your job if this is the kind of food you’re going to put out you shouldn’t even have a job

Like so many other reviews, staff is absolutely clueless, crass, impolite, and disrespectful. The counter dude ignores guests placing orders and only focuses on the order monitor while talking only to his surrounding buds. Keep driving customers away and the jobs will disappear as everyone is replaceable. Please no canned response from owner/social media company is necessary as it is your fault that this continues.
