I went and got 2 spicy honey and chicken biscuits. Loved that they use to use a decent amount of honey . The female who took my order was bright and cheery ! The male who handed me my order acted like he ain’t wanna be there but he did tell me have a great day . Took a bite and it’s dry as heck. I’m assuming they gave me old under the heater biscuits

I have never in my life gone through a drive thru that gave me a better experience than Chick-Fil-a until today!!! I am also someone who doesn’t typically leave a review but my experience was so wonderful I felt like this particular location needed a rave review. The woman taking my order was beyond great in customer service skills. She was friendly, cheerful, and thorough about making sure she got my order correctly. She used the “suggestive selling” which is so great for a business. I intentionally asked her name in order to name her in this review. Sondra, thank you! My food was also received in a timely manner and was fresh. Seems like the manager of this establishment is doing a great job to have such a great crew.

Living up north for quite some time I had never even heard of a biscuitsville, so I was shocked when I ate there bc their food is so tasty. The service is above avg for having a fast food esque style, above avg cleanlines, and to say their food is above avg taste is an understatement. Every time I pass one I stop for their breakfast.
Bummer they are not open very late 2p I believe.

Biscuits are made fresh everyday. Usually a long line but I got lucky. If it is in the morning, Bojingles and Biscuitville biscuit sandwiches are 1-2 depends on location

More than just another biscuit. The biscuits here are excellent. No greasy over buttered biscuit like the ones that I’ve had to get used to. No fake watered down egg substitute but a real egg. Melted American cheese. And a tender cooked chicken breast that fits the biscuit from end to end. And exceptional customer service.

Received a birthday email for free biscuit this morning. Tried ordering on line and code would not work. Stopped at Salisbury location and girl could not get code to work and had not suggestions on how to use birthday coupon. After long time of trying with no luck we left frustrated.

Went for the Strawberry muffins. They had them on the first day. The next 2 days they were out of them. Bummer for me. Still the food was good, the staff were friendly and accommodating and I’ll be definitely going back. :^)
