I was really disappointed with this Jack in the Box. I went through the drive thru and looking inside you can clearly see it was SO filthy and gross. No one inside was wearing gloves while handling the food. The cashier was rude and unhelpful. When I opened my Taco, you could literally see a bite mark!!! I called them AND even left messages with corporate, sent text messages to the manager who said he would review the video footage, and NOTHING almost two weeks late. I didn’t eat my food of course because that’s disgusting. They should shut this place down. Totally turned me off to Jack in the Box!

Claims to be open 24 hours, just not at 4 AM.
Myself and three other customers were all there at about 4 AM greeted by a janitorial cone in the drive-through and a locked lobby.
One of the other potential customers move the cone and went through the drive-through only to be told they open at 4:30 AM.
I’m fine with them being closed for an hour, if they said they were open 23 hours a day. But Jack-in-the-Box proudly claims they’re open 24 hours a day which is just false advertising in this case.

I seem to sit at the DT window for an abnormally long time regularly. No one comes for my money for a while and i order only 1 item typically. The Dt trash looks like this always for the record…3-5-23

Apparently employees make up their own hours of operati, went for some tacos lobby closed early and wouldn’t let me order through window even though I was in a semi, must be nice to make up lobby hours when you too lazy to clean but have enough time to stand by drive thru window with no one in line

I’ve been here several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they make me drive to the front and park after I order and pay. They take much longer than any other JITB I’ve ever been to. Nothing wrong with the food, but it’s really weird. I could be the only car, ordering 2 things and they still tell you to park. Every staff member is nice.
