My review is solely based on atmosphere, as I only stopped in to pick up some mini churros with my kid. This restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated! Not quite upscale, but much nicer than other fast food restaurants.

I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food spots, but I had to this time. The late-night service here is consistently top-notch. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making each visit a pleasant experience. Big shout-out to David for his positive attitude. Keep up the great work!

It looks like she was the manager, of course careless. She used someone else’s register on Hectors name. So I hope he doesn’t get in trouble. It was Cynthia rude and my eggroll just thrown on the tray. But now I know why she wanted to leave already. Train your people on customer service!!

Since I approached the drive through I was cut off by a guy telling me to give him another second. I ordered a salad and two tacos when I got home which is about 20min away I noticed they didn’t put any chicken in my salad. Its just lettuce and tomato’s.

Food is good here but they dont give you any napkins. Out of all the times ive come here i have never gotten napkins. Napkins should be mandatory with every customer. We should not have to ask for them.

Always incredibly busy and incredibly under staffed, despite that the staff does an amazing job on the orders. However being understaffed like that something has to take a hit, so it’s the cleanliness of the tables, soda machine area, and restrooms. I don’t blame the restaurant, corporate made a poor decision as this place always is busy during lunch and dinner, and breakfast on the weekends, they should invest in this property.

I do remember Jack in the Box Tacos having more protein and vegetable mix having more of it. The amazing part, after 20 years, they still taste the same. Yes, that is how long it has been since I’ve had them.
They crispy and tasty but needed more of that protein mix. I also had an order of onions rings. Yes, it was a cheat day, and they were good. They too were crispy and tasted quite good. I was glad to learn that they still use whole onion rings not chopped onions as some of their counter parts do.
The service was friendly. In fact, one of the ladies had a good sense of humor.
