Today I went drive threw to get my order. The women who attended me was really nice! However when I got back to my storefront. To get ready and open. They messed up my breakfast sandwich with a double cheeseburger burger.
So being that I have to open. I decide to just call them, to get credit next time. Since I stop here just about every morning for breakfast!
And no one picked up. I called 3 times back to back. And no one picked up. So now I’m having to stop opening my business establishment. So I can drive back to Jack in the box.
I ask to speak to the manager. And she didn’t even bother saying anything. Didn’t bother apologizing. Just grabbed the bag. And turns towards the kitchen.
I no longer wanted the food from this location. Cause she was already giving unprofessional, hate my life being here vibes.
So I told her, forget about it. And just give me the credit back for the sandwich. She tells me now that I have to wait. Then goes to the back.
The female who was really nice at the register. Went to the back. And came back and told me. She’s on the phone.
Why is the manager making a phone call now. Vs providing the refund. Then minutes later. Made to wait. Comes out. And gives me the refund.
Didn’t bother saying anything. And walked up. The “Cashier” had to apologize on her behalf!
What an absolute mess for management. Utterly disgusted. And will never support this establishment again.
I wish you the best in life. And maybe find a career path, that will lead you to happiness.

The young man that was working the drive thru tonight(02/27) deserves a raise. The line was insane but he kept his composure, got everyone moving along quickly, had great customer service and a smile.

I was served cold tacos and when I informed the lady cashier she responded very rudely that the tacos were just made . Instead of using proper customer service and responding by apologizing. One of the worst, two leads walked by seeing that there was more then 6 people in line, after everyone walked by I asked a cashier if I could have my drink wich was right next too her and she said after she would charge everyone else. Horrible customer service

Clean and fast but difficult to find parking on the designated lot so I park on the street. Definitely less stressful.
Food is always on point.
Dining area is spotless and staff are for the most part friendly and welcoming.
Sometimes app deals that are available are not available in store to order – which is upsetting especially when you’re hungry and craving it.
Gotta love the Sourdough Jack though… my go to when I want a solid filling meal.

There was one Mexican lady at the end who thanked me for coming and that was nice. Everyone else was just standing around talking rude. No eye contact handing off the food was rude. Just threw the bag there. I will not be going back there.

Ordered a Bacon Double Smashed Jack combo.
Got Swiss cheese substitute and fries well. I forgot to add the lettuce, tomatoes & onions.
Attempted to order it on the screen thing and failed, and the staff got it to me right away.
My burger ended up being huge with the fresh tomatoes, onions & lettuce.
Delicious meal!
