A women who can barley speak English I try to be polite as possible she just kept attacking me she has been rude since I been here even her co workers have told her to he quite she was taking pictures of my wife’s car very inappropriate I waited by the drive thru while she snap pictures of my vehicle I will never come back her again m, she need to be fired her own co workers can’t stand her because of her attitude and unwillingness of being a worker for us very sad behavior she refused to give me her name. I told her I’m not very happy with your service. I’m trying to order food and she was very upset. This is not the first time I have to deal with her the last time the coworkers told her to be quiet. The coworkers got her to be quiet and was able to place my order. All she said is if you don’t like my service go to another Jack-in-the-Box all I did was ask her about the munchy meal and she said there’s four different munchy meals and I said I have not purchased any food and Jack In A Box for sometime. I would like to double check. She became mean after the fact I’m pretty sure you guys will experience the same thing I don’t know what her problem is, but this is unacceptable. I try to get corporate‘s number they refuse to give me corporate‘s number she made a police report which I find very inappropriately. I came to get food and I came out being harassed

Good fast service. I have been ordering through the app lately which makes things fast – food is ready when I get there. Inside the store is basically empty…they don’t seem to want you to stay and eat. But at least they don’t have computers for you to order on your own – they will still take your order at the counter.

Update: A year later and theyre still messing up orders very badly. Check your order before you leave drive thru!
Always check your order before leaving! You even have to open up each item!
This location is 3 for 3 in messing up an order. In my last visit, they forgot an item and in the two visits prior to that, they gave me items without toppings even though I paid for the toppings.
And the heyjackbox website, that will probably be suggested to me, doesn’t work. Nobody will get back to you for filling out all the information.

Geez you would think that they’re doing you a favor even though you’re the patron trying to give them money!
I pulled into the drive thru and not a word was said to me so I thought they may have been closed.
After saying hello twice, someone said, “can you please just wait I am doing something” I said “sorry just wanted to make sure someone was there” again silence.
To add insult to injury it’s apparent she personally knew the car ahead of me and took her time to just talk and make jokes. When I came to the window I was surprised she even asked if I needed sauces. Which was good but when I mentioned my preferences she rolled her eyes and was very insincere about her service. I have come to this location numerous times as it is on the way home and the service is always terrible. Out of the last 4 visits 3 have been terrible and it’s a different person every time! It’s not just the lady tonight, it’s every person who I encounter! Except one. She gave great service I should have got her name but it was before all these bad visits. I didn’t know I got lucky and won the good service lottery! lol
Also I work in restaurants too so writing this review is something you don’t do in the industry but this is just bad I hope they take this review and reflect on their operations because it’s just bad at this location. Like no one cares. Which makes me wonder about food quality if they don’t even care about the people paying money so that they can buy that food to serve to us. Sorry but please do better.

Everytime I come to this particular location, they have me pull up and park. That isn’t really an issue for me when a business is really busy but I swear each time, I’ve been the only one in the drive thru. I’ve waited up to 20 minutes for my food even when I ordered online and driven to the restaurant a few minutes after I receive a notification that my food is ready. Won’t be coming back here.

Marianna is so kind. Its very nice to have a person like this working at a place I frequent. Let me be clear, everyone else is really kind also, but I’ve had the pleasure of working with Marianna more than once and each time she’s just very polite. Very courteous. Very kind. Never a single ounce of negativity. Just someone that you appreciate. The food is always good, warm, fresh etc… But let’s face it, with fast food restaurants one of the single more important things is the quality of the personnel. Thank you Jack in the Box! Extremely understaffed at night. I often get my order wrong. Last night a bit after midnight, they closed down the drive thru but kept the lights and signs (including the 24 hour drive thru sign) on. I saw them inside but they refused to answer the phone or the door. I paid already for my mobile order but the franchise owner refuses refunds for this exact situation. Jack in the Box owes me over $20 and 60 or more Jack Pack points that I wasted. These should be corporate locations, franchise means that they purposely understaff, under pay, over charge, and are terrible.
