This location gets my order wrong 75% of the time I come here. They forgot all my tacos and fries today. They’ve messed up tons of orders in the past and even if I ask “Is XYZ in there?” They will say yeah and then it’s not. Everyone needs to be fired and get some better workers who actually need the paycheck or something. I shouldn’t have to check every single item in every single order when I go somewhere.

Cold and old food, 2 types of fries mixed together (curly and regular) with tiny burnt pieces, and it still was half what it was supposed to be, and the cheeseburger was cold and disgusting. Lazy workers don’t feel like making fresh food. So on Google Maps it says they open at 4:30 am, and I was there at 5:00 am. This means they served me food from the day before and didn’t even bother to heat it.

This is the worst jack in the box. Just spent $40 on 2 meals. Bacon ultimate combos with curly fries. First off the curly fries that they charge extra for was 50/50 regular to curly in each box. Next the burger meat tasted like it had freezer burned 5 times over. It had a horrible taste. One bite for my son and I, into the trash it went. I live close and will never go here agian.

Don’t ever ask for extra veggies on your burger. They charged a dollar more per burger and added one more tomato slice, one more small pickle, and one more piece of lettuce. When I told them that was rediculous they said basically oh well.

Quick & convenient fast food. Fries are mostly hot & the service is usually quick at this location. A huge negative was that the wimpy tacos had barely any “filling”. Decent enough describes this place well.

I ordered extra pickles on my hamburger like always but this time they charge me .25 cents and only had 3 pickles so one extra pickles is .25 cents guess I’ll start going to Tommy’s burger where they load it up with 6-9 pickles at no extra charge

If you are a delivery driver you need to avoid this place after 6pm, I went in fir a burger, fresh, ans 3 PC churro pickup, talked to one team member, told will be right up, waited 15 mins. Asked another girl behind the counter, waited 15 more mins over half hr. For a delivery that only pays 4.50 f I r the entier delivery, including wait time and gas and milage and insurance. And repairs. And I still had to cancel this delivery for waiting to long with no pay, just so I can move on to a restaurant that I could get pay from. I watched them empty the drivthrough 3 times during my wait, do not go in this place unless you want to starve. I had to go in beacuse all drivers are forced to go in and wait like lesser beings, and we are treated like lesser beings by a lot of places, including this jack in the box location, they violated their agreement to gave it ready within 5 mins of the drivers arrival.

This is the worst Jack in the box! The workers just done care! I have yet to receive a correct order from this place! I don’t understand why it is so difficult- I have had items missing, order curly fries pay the extra .60 and get straight fries, will get the completely wrong food. Cold food and old fries. Bought a grilled chicken salad and they gave me no salad dressing and the chicken is cold!? I’ve never had the chicken come cold and have no idea as to when it was cooked (the chicken has always been hot on the salads I’ve gotten)

I go through the drive through for breakfast about 2 or 3 times a week. I’ve done this for about 4 years and I always get the same thing, #22 sausage egg cheese croissant sandwich only, large coffee and orange juice. In the last 3 or 4 times my coffee had a lot of grounds in it. The first time I accepted this a mistake and just drank it (awful tbough it was). The second time I went back into the counter. They told me that’s just the way it is. I asked and recieved a refund for the coffee, NO APPOLOGY.
Third time I checked before leaving the drive through, same grounds. I spoke to the shift manager and was told that’s the way they make the coffee now. WHAT! In what world does a restaurant believe it’s okay to serve coffee like this.
I will never be buying coffee here again. There are other options for me but just less convenient. There are other reasons I can provide if anyone cares.
It does tell me one reason why JitB is having to close so many stores.
