I ordered on Ubereats. They got a combo meal wrong, I got regular fries instead of curly fries. I ordered 2 large Sprites and they both tasted disgusting like when the fountain drink machine needs to be refilled. So we had nothing to drink with our meals. This was the worst ultimate cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my life. It had barely any cheese, the patties were burnt, and it was just dry and unpalatable. Do not Ubereats from this location. They always get orders wrong.

Got dinner here last night. They forget items we ordered (not the first time) make sure you check your bags before you leave this location since they don’t know how to do that themselves. Also worst customer service by ROSA. She is a so called manager who should be reevaluated because she does not know what good customer service is.

Jack down the street from my house pretty bomb, went for lunch with my sister and this particular Jack surprised me with tasty meal and fast service, the food was fresh and friendly staff, the awesome drink machine wasn’t working however they were making drinks not available on the machine from the drive thru machine which I really appreciate. Do not order delivery from here as the food will not be worth the amount you would pay I ordered a jack spicy chicken sandwich and got a chicken strip with bread I’ve ordered spicy chickens sandwiches from many other jack in the box but this one has to be the worst by far

There’s no line in the drive-through everybody’s standing up on the front counter talking they couldn’t get for chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. I only asked for one thing one barbecue sauce couldn’t get that I was here for more than seven minutes for those two things the car behind me left they make me move again, and never coming back

Ordered Uber eats and literally more than half of items were missing! Absolutely unprofessional workers that can’t do simple jobs correctly. Sad.
