I’ve been ordering Monster iced coffee from different Jack in the box locations. This is the first time they made it look and tasted real good. All the other locations, Take notes

Asked for number 6 combo and was told that there were no regular fries so they have to add an extra charge for the curly fries. I understand it is late, around 11pm but she gave attitude and was not quick to help. Aside from that I also waited more than any other fast food at the drive thru speaker, nobody talked to me. I had to ask if they are there.

Cashiers do not take your order at this location. As soon as you walk in, they tell customers to use the kiosk. I saw several people walk out due to not knowing how to use the kiosk.
I didn’t order food for myself because I couldn’t find the wrap on the kiosk and not a single employee asked if I needed help.
I added the two tacos to my daughters meal and they came without cheese because the kiosk says it’s an additional 60 cents to add cheese.
If you are hungry, don’t come here. You will spend about 10 minutes just to try to order your food.

I’ve chanced this Jack for several years now for breakfast due to its proximity to my place of work. Consistently the worst Jack I’ve been to and it has surprisingly been the same employees visible to me over the years. I’ve had any range of issues… sitting at the drive-thru window for 5 mins before being acknowledged, orders missing items, food drenched in grease, hash browns burnt to a crisp… Overall just a clear lack of any care given to the quality of food served. I regularly go to another Jack closer to home also typically for breakfast and the difference between the two locations is night/day.

I had to wait for my food. Also, my food is not even cooked and, I didn’t get what I wanted i order online.They still took long. When I got there, there’s a bunch of line cars and people inside it was dirty. Also, they have so much food there. Now, somehow, my food was not done. Don’t come here. It’s garbage. Jack in the box, employees do better. Hell, I sew see one of your employees on the phone. Hiding? Like come on. I want my money. refunded. I’m going to order Burger King instead.

I must say that this place had me waiting for awhile to get my food the place looked like they needed some extra hands out in the dinning area so I took it upon myself to do so. But j was happy with my service and the lady gale was really nice and I seen that they were really working hard to get all the cars in the drive through and put a smile of there customers faces. I’ll be sure to stop in again.

I ordered a #24 with a large soda and large curly fries for dine in. The cashier never repeated my order. When I got my order I was given regular fries. She correct my order in a friendly manner. The soda machine was not working. I asked to used the restroom. The lady at the counter in a rude tone said I needed to purchase food when I clearly purchased and sat at this location for over 25min. She had to go look for the cashier that took my order originally to open the door. This location was clean but the restrooms dirty. The food fresh and delicious. It’s a hit or miss with their costumer service. Not consistent.

Not sure if this was common or just a fluke. Waiting at the counter for take away order, can see an employee in the back talking, standing still. Drive thru employees were hustling and clearly swamped. We finally after a good 15 minutes said “excuse me is our food ready?” Not only was our food ready but yet another employee was in the back (the other person in this clearly important conversation.)

I would give this location all ZEROSthe managers DIANAs poor leadership leads confusion for customers placing orders on the kiosk / payment and order submission, when asked about the order Diana looked stupified and confused as to what happened. She started talking smack about how she’s a girl blah blah blah. I support woman in leadership ropes once they’ve proven to be in the position of leadership. Diana should be at best cleaning the toilets.

We are in San Diego visiting form Chicago and my dad and I were looking forward to have Jack In the crack after a couple of years and a long drive, we decided to make a quick stop at the one on 8th street, worst costumer servicié from Veronica and the other señora that was there. my dad a 80 years old wanted to use the the restroom after a long drive we were ready to have a nice meal and and use the restroom, well Veronica with her most ugly costumer service gave us a bad look saying in such a bad tone of voice almost like I was going to run away after using the restroom. That’s was a policy to pay first and then you get the code or whatever to use the restroom since when dine in restaurants require to pay fist anyway maybe new in California it wasn’t for me it was for my dad an 80 years old senior this is so disgusting form Veronica and Jack in the box and her partner. all we wanted was to have Jack in the box but I guess not. Don’t waste you r money IN & OUT 10 times better … I decided Instead to get IN & OUT best burgers freshly made fries very nice and cute people not like this Veronica w her ugly tone of voice and attitude to costumer
