The best thing to get a Jack in The box right now is the chimichangas. Wish they would make a 5 through 10 pack of chimichangas would be better instead of 3 for $3.50. please everybody help me and do a favor for Jack in the box and tell them that you want the chimichanga to stay at Jack in The box forever which means keep it on the menu. Jack in the box need to learn from Burger King on their tacos Burger King makes better tacos than Jack in the box because at Burger King it taste better it makes you want more than two at Burger King add Jack in the box is this you just only one at least two.

I wouldn’t recommend putting mobile orders in this store because it feels they don’t read the order at all.
I’ve had to call 3 separate times to let them know they forgot give me once fries aside from my combo, the next time my soda, and the last time 2 of my sandwiches .
I had gone today so they could give me what I was missing and at the end they still ended giving me the wrong sandwich, in the morning I go to school in Santee so it’s not easy for me to just drive back inside when I’m in a rush. (I swear I feel like they have something against me )

I have to hit up Jack In The Box every visit at least once because it’s not on the east coast and they have a very vast menu lol. Food is very tasty, atmosphere is always chill and prices are appreciate for the quality.

This Jack in the Box is really busy with high school students. It’s the same old Jack in the Box except there’s a lot more traffic and a lot more problems. However this is still Jack In The Box and you will still get a meal for a price that doesn’t break the bank too bad. Locations to go to however this one is clutch as it is right on the main road

First time picking up orders here and it was a great experience. First jack in the box to seal and pack order in a large bag. Employee at the window was really friendly and even wrote the names of the orders on the drinks which was really helpful. Don’t usually come out this way to do food deliveries but most definitely would come back. Store looked clean as well. Just trash can at drive thru was full but most trash cans are full at this hr for any driver thru restaurant.

I wish I can give a minus star. This job has a simple task and yet everytime we order once in a while are always missing the orders and the food are always cold. Customer service is so bad. Reciept is not clear so you can’t call anyone or make a complaint .

Tried Jack in the Box for the first time due to a coupon from the mail.
Personally did not like the food- the soft shelled taco had me scared to eat. My husband refused.
I ate it and felt fine, but I also have a strong stomach and have eaten worse looking food, my experience in the military can attest to that.
Nonetheless- even with the coupon. I wouldn’t choose Jack in the Box over any of the other fast food. And the soda was flat, big downer.
But the employees were very nice and everything was fast. Big plus
