One of the nicest Carl’s Jr. locations in the area. The food was as expected, but the real highlight is the impressive indoor play set. It’s spacious, well-designed, and my kids absolutely loved it. We often return specifically for the play area and food is a plus. A great spot for families.

The service was friendly and welcoming. I don’t normally like staying ans eating in the lobbys of fast food restraunts because they are unclean and not well kept. But carl’s was clean and well kept. The food was amazing we had the guacamole bacon burger, and really liked it. Overall I was impressed with the food and the service.

The guy working the drive thru was great! The car ordering in front of me was very rude and yelling into the speaker and the guy working the drive thru handled it like a professional. The customer was a complete jerk. If it was me I would of refused him service. His review is a lie. I feel bad for the guy. He was very polite and just doing his job. It also wasn’t at 1030 it was 1130.

My kids love coming here! The play place is always clean and the customer service is great! John served us last time and he was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

The food here was excellent and the service we received was above and beyond. Our food was fresh and delicious and it was brought to our table with everything we needed. John the employee who took our order was great! He came by our table again as we were finishing up our meals asked for our feedback on the food, thanked us for coming in and even held the door open for us as we left. We definitely will be coming back.

I have little kids so I go to a lot of kid places. We tried this Carl’s Jr maybe 4 years ago and had a bad experience with cleanliness . decided to give it another shot. Won’t be coming back. The play land is absolutely disgusting. Old spilled milk, covered in socks and large dust bunnies. We came early in the day and were the only people here. I asked how often the playland gets cleaned and they said monthly by a separate company. They said they can’t fit in the playland to clean it. Ontop of that the customer service was terrible and we found more than one hair in our food.

Absolutely terrible. The food was cold, buns hard, and terrible taste. The guy working was very short and rude because he’d been working for 10 hours. Our order was wrong, we had to go back twice, we had kids screaming. Terrible business
