I ordered in drive thru a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. It came to just over $7
There’s suppose to be brocolli in this dish. That makes the item more appealing for consumers looking for a healthier choice.
I understand higher prices, but I still expect portions that reflect the similar portions of the past.
Instead, this dish had one really tiny brocolli floret and a piece of another really tiny brocolli floret. Seriously folks there was just enough of a tiny amount present so they can say it contains brocolli. 🙁
Of course I didn’t notice until I got home and sat down to eat. I’ve never had to check my order with this location before. 🙁
I suggest skipping this item. Everything was scaled back. It cost $1 to $2 more and had noticeably less chicken, less rice and of course the barely there brocolli. Hey, on the positive side it had plenty of teriyaki sauce. That’s probably to make the missing ingredients less obvious. Again folks unless you’re into being frustrated and disappointed give this one a pass. 🙁
This was the most disturbing and disappointing experience I’ve ever had. Ordered ahead through the app. 1st the line was very long and I was 5 cars back. It took nearly 15 minutes to finally get to the speaker. Now I will say that from the point of letting them know I had an app order to picking up our food and leaving was fine. Went down the street and parked to eat before getting back on the road. My bf was eating his burger when he took his second to last bite found what looked like either a fried Bobby pin or a fried roach in his bite. It was hard enough that it broke his tooth. Immediately went back to bring it to the restaurants attention and get some kind of compensation either a new burger or money back. The 2 ladies (and calling them ladies is being generous at best) scoffed at us, were unbelievably rude and said but he ate the burger. I tried telling them it was in the close to last bite and that he had broke a tooth on it. They pretty much both gave me a look telling me to eff off and there was nothing they were going to do to help at all. I grabbed the thing that was in the burger and let them know I will just go through the corporate office or contact someone in the morning at the restaurant about it. They both laughed at said fine go right ahead. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and when I was younger I worked in fast food. This is not how you handle this type of situation at all. I have included a picture if what he bit into. Disgusting to say the least.
