Decided to try Chipotle’s in Fayetteville today since we were in the area. First time ever for me. Didn’t really know what to expect so here we go. Right off the bat I noticed all the tables had not been serviced after previous customers had left. Refreshment center was also in a mess. I tried the steak bowl while my wife had the Carne Asada. Very large portions. We could have made it on just one bowl. I hardly ate half of mine. It was very tasty but not the usual Mexican option I would have chosen for myself. Very expensive lunch for what they give you.

The only good part of my order was the on-time DoorDash delivery. My Chipotle bowl arrived with no steak and a very small portion, especially for the price. I was annoyed enough that I had to drive back to the store just to have them remake it. Really disappointing experience.

The first gentleman working the line tonight had an excellent attitude. He greeted us warmly and set a positive tone. Unfortunately, the experience declined after that.
The young woman who assisted us next seemed overwhelmed, and while I want to be mindful and not overly harsh, her customer service was extremely poor. Her demeanor came across as rude, her smile felt forced, and she lacked basic customer service awareness. For example, when I asked for something extra, she reacted as if the request was unreasonable—even though it’s common knowledge that extras come with an additional charge, and I was fully prepared to pay for it. Everyone who walks in is different, and it’s important for staff to understand how to communicate respectfully with all customers.
The two young ladies at the register also need additional customer service training. They were not as dismissive as the previous employee, but they still lacked the professionalism and courtesy expected in a customer‑facing role.
Will I return? Probably not. We recently relocated from Greenville, SC, purchased our home in Apex, and were only in Fayetteville visiting someone—so thankfully this won’t be our regular location.
Management should be aware that the staff is a direct reflection of the leadership. I strongly encourage proper training and coaching to ensure customers receive the level of service they deserve.

This is the 3rd or 4th time having an issue with my food at this location. Always loved chipotle but I’m constantly missing items and/or ingredients and the portions are getting smaller each time. The steak pieces are very small and BURNT. Tried to keep giving them a chance but this is just money wasted and constant disappointment.

I always have an issue at this location I’ve been ordering from this location for years but the last few times I’ve ordered from there my food was awful I always get my usual half carnitas and barbacoa extra cheese and fajita veggies but it was so watery I understand the meat is supposed to be juicy but it’s not supposed to look like soup I’m very disappointed and even though they did remake my order I could tell by the body language they didn’t want to and even then it still wasn’t right so I’ve officially crossed this specific location off the list

I usually don’t have a problem at this location. But today I ordered my regular chicken bowl. Get home (I stay 25 minutes away) eating my bowl and there’s a large piece of plastic in my food!!! $16 down the drain!!!

Stopped in at 7:30pm on a Saturday. Service was quick! Music was blaring (not a big deal) but every other word was vulgar. Definitely not family-friendly. The place was a wreck. Food all over tables and the floor, drink machine out, and condiments all out of sorts. Not a smile in the place, except the woman checking us out. Everyone was efficient, I will say that.

I’m really not the type to complain because everyone deserves a job but the portions of meat are getting smaller and smaller. Also, the staff is rude. Mainly the females but I had a somewhat odd experience with a small short girl in there with braids. I told her I wanted 3 bowls and she acted as though I said something obscure or insulting. If you cant tolerate working in customer/food service, why even bother to fill out an application?? If I would have said what was truly on my mind she would have definitely put hands on me but I let her have it.
