I work 12 hour shifts overnight and get off at 4am, I just want to be able to get something quick but every time I try they close the drive thru at that time and someone is asleep inside when they advertise 24 hour drive thru. If you’re a manager and is low on staff do your part and show up to help the employees if they need a break!

I enjoyed my visit to Jack in the Box. I ordered four orders of tacos and a drink. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Its a social engaging atmosphere with a lot of adventurous and happy teenagers. I like eating my meal here. Happy dining!

Litterally came here for only a deink and curly fries. Sit through 30 min drive through for them to say their drink machine is broken. Then, they gave me regular fries not even curly ones. Pretty sure the drink machine in the lobby is working fine too. Juat go to the other one

Very good burgers. Fresh. Tasty. Building is a little small but there is parking lot and not just street. The out of ordinary snacks are fun to add on, although the hot taco sauce can hardly be considered “hot”.

Service is garbage, everyone served before me even my students. Got my food 20 mins later with only 10 mins left on my break. Manager didn’t care and had a funky attitude. I tell all my friends and colleagues don’t eat here. Our company has 50 people who were eating there and I have shared with them the experience. Everytime I pass by there I get upset and tell this story. Don’t eat here it’s garbage and they are slow as f—. Drive thru always 10 + cars. Goto another Jack N the box or don’t eat it at all.

Ordered a nugget meal and requested a lot of BBQ at the speaker. Once I got to the window she asked me what sauce and I repeated “lots of BBQ please. She then said they were out of it. I don’t like anything else and instead asked for a refund. Her toned changed and she got rude saying no. I sad that I don’t want the food at all now. She didn’t like that, raised her voice and asked fornthr drinks back. Then once I gave them back she Coincidentally found the sauce and shoved me the drinks and food and said to ask for BBQ before I even order next time, WHICH I DID.
