I AN NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! They always for get something but this last time is ridiculous! I’ve order from many places but this is by far the worst. They never pick up the phone or email you back with refund information. The first time it was an order of fries, the second was 2 missing milkshakes, and this last time HALF OF OUR BURGER ORDER WAS MISSING ITS MEAT PATTY’S. Id understand if it was 1 maybe 2, but 5 MISSING PATTY’S. This is by far the WORST Jack in the box.

Usually have no issues at this location, but today was the day. Went through the drive-through, and after ordering, I was told to wait before I got to the window. What did they have me wait for if they forgot to even put the sausage in my sausage egg and cheese sandwich??? Unbelievable that I waited for my order to not even be made completely!!!

The goal was to use get some food after using the restroom. I didn’t get that far. The bathroom floors were sticky and gross. The fix to the missing floor tiles was putting a trash cans over it. Which is a safety hazard if someone were to trip on it but also a health department violation. The spot to hang coats or bags was broken. There was maybe one person dining inside but why was one of the staff putting toilet paper into their car when I arrived? If the bathroom was this bad, imagine the kitchen.
Needless to say I didn’t stick around to find out.

Had my order wrong. Whay I didn’t ask for they put it in there. No lettuce on tacos. And had it. Sandwiches 1 mayo 1 no lettuce and they both had lettuce & mayo. Didn’t even get 1 order right. Not coming back again.

Good place, the music was bumpin. The soda prices are really high, but the coke freestyle machine cannot be beat. It was a very clean and presentable resteraunt. There were a good amount of homeless people, I am sure that’s due to the location that’s pretty hood. Overall good food, better drinks.

i got a jumbo jack. they have 2 for $4 deal right now. you can also do the receipt and get buy 1 get 1 free. it was well made they wrap the burger so it’ll stay together sorta like the toothpick thing. they gave napkins and are polite asking and making sure they got the order right. when i went it wasn’t busy but another day i saw the drive thru super busy so just remember to be patient fast food is stressful as a worker but it’s also your choice as a consumer to go right there.

My orders have been messed up to many times for this Jack in the Box. I don’t get food here anymore. The service might be faster but that doesn’t mean better. But the people I’ve met here have been nice in service but a few I encountered don’t offer things like sizes or substitutions just ask you to pull up to the window. My last order was a buttery cheese burger combo add Jalapeno’s and got No Lettuce, glob of Mayo and one Jalapeno on my burger and I wasn’t ever given the option of curly fries or regular, didn’t ask me what size I wanted either.
