This jack in the box is very good. I come here for the breakfast jack combo with coffee. The price is only $3.89 which is really inexpensive compared to most breakfast places. They also seem to be keeping very safe with masks and a low shielded-type window. I liked that a lot.

The customer service is also good. They always ask if you want cream or sugars with you coffee.

The egg sandwich is as good as can be expected, and the hash browns as well.

I am a satisfied customer. The location is also ideal, right on the corner of Pipeline.

Ordered on the app drive thru and when i got to the window, they had me park to get my food even though nobody was behind me. When I got my food there were no cars in drive thru…smh then hand me my food without being closed like the picture

Spent $5+ on sourdough jack, sad you can see the pic on coupon compared to what actually get and it didn’t taste fresh or good, bread soggy with fake oil butter flavored, meat dried, barely any bacon wilted tomatoes

I’ve been coming here for at least 6 years, and I’m not usually someone who writes reviews. But I felt it was time to speak up. Every Sunday morning, I stop by for breakfast. The food is always great, no issues, and consistently ready to go. I truly appreciate that part.

However, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I usually encounter the same staff member, Jennifer F. and unfortunately, she often seems to be in a bad mood. Asking for something simple like a receipt, napkins, or utensils seems to irritate her, and I’ve experienced eye rolls or rude looks on more than one occasion.

On Sunday, 04/06/2025, I politely brought it to her attention, and her response was immediate defensiveness and attitude. I completely understand that we all have rough days, and personal issues can affect us but when you’re at work, professionalism matters. I wasn’t rude or raising my voice, and I even thanked her, but the response I got left a bad taste.

This isn’t about one bad moment, it’s about a pattern. As a loyal customer, I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The food keeps me coming back, but the service experience could really use some attention.

Stopped in at 6:15 this morning, to find the doors unlocked and no one in the branch. Waited around for 10 minutes, then went somewhere else. If you’re going to take a nap, at least lock the door, so you don’t get robbed!
