The customer service is also good. They always ask if you want cream or sugars with you coffee.
The egg sandwich is as good as can be expected, and the hash browns as well.
I am a satisfied customer. The location is also ideal, right on the corner of Pipeline.
However, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I usually encounter the same staff member, Jennifer F. and unfortunately, she often seems to be in a bad mood. Asking for something simple like a receipt, napkins, or utensils seems to irritate her, and I’ve experienced eye rolls or rude looks on more than one occasion.
On Sunday, 04/06/2025, I politely brought it to her attention, and her response was immediate defensiveness and attitude. I completely understand that we all have rough days, and personal issues can affect us but when you’re at work, professionalism matters. I wasn’t rude or raising my voice, and I even thanked her, but the response I got left a bad taste.
This isn’t about one bad moment, it’s about a pattern. As a loyal customer, I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The food keeps me coming back, but the service experience could really use some attention.
