It is 5:24 AM on a Saturday. Dining room is closed which I expected. But they are also blocking their drive through with a yellow cone and won’t answer their phone. So I wouldn’t say 24 hours.

Everything is fine, it is very clean. The place simply caught my attention, which is becoming smaller and more expensive. The staff was really friendly. The bathrooms were clean, everything around was clean without graffiti.

Stop by Jack in the Box for a little snack and what can say about this day the food was so fresh and hot that I really enjoyed it to the last bite. My son even expressed the food was really good. The young man who helped us was very friendly and on top of his game “great service ” and I always appreciate that!!!!

This rating is Jack in the Box on Pacific in Glendale. Yesterday we ordered the steak fries and I must admit they were delicious. A sourdough breakfast sandwich which was ok. However, The three meat lovers burritos were small and horrible. The burritos were all dough with very little inside of them. We had no idea how terrible they were until we were home. They are deeply in need of a food quality control person. Also, the problem with this location is that they habitually forget to put something in the bags leaving you with incomplete meals. They forgot the fires, or a sandwich or something. I call each and every time to let them know that and I have yet to speak with a sympathetic manager; they seem more annoyed than concerned. Their score would have been a little higher if more intrested in correcting these issues. A final word, the next time you’re in the drive thru and if the line isn’t to long…check your bag/s.

My wife and I recently had our first experience at Jack in the Box, and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and came out fresh. We both enjoyed our meals. The service was also friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back soon to try more of their menu!
