I don’t really eat Jack in the Box but their “Gremlins Midnignt Meal” with free Gizmo/Gremlins double-sided air freshener had my number. “Gremlins” is one of my favorite movies of all time. I have no idea why thy this collaboration happened, but it was too good to pass up. The server was super sweet and gave me a bonus air freshener, which was awesome. The meal itself came with two chicken tenders, two crunchy tacos, regular and curly fries, and special “Midnight sauce” which was sweet and tangy. It’s a lot of food. I didn’t eat the tacos. The rest was great!

Had a horrible experience with an incredibly rude employee at this location. Pulled up late on a Saturday night to get a milkshake and spoke into intercom and no one responded. Thought the place must be closed when I saw an employee. Asked him why no one responded and he began scolding me about not waiting at intercom for response. I did wait I told him. I then said I wanted a shake and he flippantly told me the shake machine wasn’t working. I told him I didn’t like his attitude and asked for his name to report him to the manager and he refused to provide his name and told me he’d call the cops. For what? I was simply trying to order a milkshake… something they could not only not provide but they wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Incredibly awful service from spoiled, entitled employee and I will be very surprised if he has a job by the time I’m done speaking to his manager.

This is based on the food. See pics…. I have usually enjoyed Jack in the Box breakfast… but this one was just sad. And the coffee tasted burnt.
Service was average.
EDIT: The restaurant responded. Thanks for the invitation… However it might be better if you try to make this right. Any chance that I could visit you guys again for a comped meal?

I went to this Jack In the Box and ordered the tacos and a large fry. The food was EXCEPTIONALL!!! God bless all who were on shift yesterday because honestly, these were the best JITB tacos I have had in forever. They were crisp, fresh, and all out wonderful. The fries were also crispy, not at all starchy, not greasy and I can’t wait to go back there. Matter of fact, I DID lol. I had their tacos again for breakfast, they went so hard!!! This is THE Jack in the Box. The people working there were very nice as well, so I can’t complain. Keep up the good work!

3 times I’ve been to this one through drive-through and all 3 times they never get my order correctly. I ask for well-done fries, and I get soft fries, or no pickles, and all I get is only pickles, ilIF I EVER GO BACK I MAY ASK FOR THE THINGS I DONT WANT AND MAYBE THEYLL GET IT RIGHT.

I have been here a few times and never disappointed. Not a big fan of eating outside fast-food but I will be back next time I decide to eat fast food. Number 11 burger is the best. They work very fast. This restaurant deserves to be more famous!

Very polite service by Ms. Nada and we felt welcomed and the locale is clean, well lit and it has plenty of parking near main roads and freeways. We don’t have Jack in the Box at the East Coast (NYC) and although we don’t often eat fast food, we found our order pleasant and well served. Pay them a visit when in the area.

Worse staff I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a premium burger and 4 tacos, waited in their slooooow drive-thru for over 15 minutes, and when I finally got to the window and asked for ranch she wanted to charge me extra. I tried to reason at first but I eventually just asked for a refund and left. These companies are making billions and you’re going to penny pinch me on a couple ranch sauces??? Get lost.
