I was traveling through and decided to stop here over Starbucks… I don’t know if I made the right choice. I ordered a large black tea, they made a large latte. They corrected the order, but I was not offered a refund as the latte is $1.49 more, just a note. I didn’t want to wait any longer, so, I decided it’s just a loss. As I look at my tea, there is only one tea bag, I usually get two tea bags with a large tea… sigh.

The male cashier was not very helpful or pleasant at the order station nor at the window. It was the first time I brought my grandson. I was very disappointed with the service and the food. Normally I have a good experience when i go to Any Dunkin but not this time. Next time I will stick with the one closer to my residence instead

terrible service! ordered mocha latte and they gave me chocolate milk… no coffee. who pays 5 dollars a cup for a chocolate milk.. then they want to charge a 1.10 for a cup of ice… who does that?! Also, ordered a ice coffee with 3 carmels 2 milk and got a carmel milk ice mess… no coffee again!. How is it you have like 5/6 people behind the counter and none can make the coffee correct even when you have to repeatedly tell them your order. then you go back and it’s a problem and you try to call and it’s a cell number that says disconnected. they are a micro management mess! I spent 21 dollars for gross drinks that ended up in the drain.

The cashier/employee who handled my drinks hands were filthy his nails were black. It looked as if he didn’t wash his hands in days! I ended up throwing away my drinks as well as my kids. I couldn’t stomach it. I highly do not recommend!

On my way home from a new-to-me side of town & decided on a drink & snack to finish my longer drive. Ordered a large Iced Chai Tea Latte & a bagel with cream cheese on the side. Both items were delicious & I was through the drive-thru in almost a record amount of time! Thank you to the friendly Dunkin staff, they made the remainder of my drive a little tastier!

This is by far the slowest Dunkin in Columbia. The owner does not want to pay for staff so they only have 2 to 3 employees working in the morning when it’s super busy. Customer Service is ok. The line in the drive thru is always long. They can’t be making that much profit hence probably why they only have 2 to 3 employees. If I lived closer I would go more to the one by I20 and Clemson. The owner always has 4 to 5 employees working and the customer service is always on point.

They are incredibly slow and uncommunicative in the mornings. Staff seems to work individually rather than as a team and it shows in their customer service. Highly unsatisfactory.

The manager of the store is disrespectful and rude. Whenever he is not there my customer service is good but when he is working the staff acts differently! I understand he has a language barrier however when he get an order wrong he refuses to fix his mistake or simply reimburse you! Today was the most horrible experience I ever encountered with him and I will never go back to DD LOCATION 9311 TWO NOTCH RD.
