I loved the food! Unfortunately though, i could tell there definitely one worker who was not doing her share of the work, i was at the register for so long waiting for food, i could clearly see one girl doing all the work (I did not catch her name she had colored hair of some sort) while another employee I believe the name Dulce, was fully not helping, but I could hear and see her gossiping with people in back. I am not one to leave a review, but I found it really unfair that everyone was doing their share of the work and it was clear that Dulce (Not 100% sure that’s her name definitely started with a D) was not doing anything and was even slowing down the process!!!

Went there this morning and used my mobile app and points. They were closed and order was never refunded and lost the points I used. I understand being closed for maintenance but at least refund and return points.

I place an order by uber eats just few minutes ago with the deal the jumbo jack buy one and get one free and that supposedly comes with lettuce , tomatoes, onions etc and I get it without cheese no onions no tomatoes just lettuce and meat and I call to the store and they never picked the phone

Picked up some food for take out. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and when I grabbed it, the sandwich didn’t feel warm at all. I tried to ignore it and proceeded to take a bite to what turned out to be a VERY cold piece of chicken. Honestly really disappointing how far down this location has come.
