Terrible service. Very rude employees and very unprofessional manager during 6:30pm. 8/26/23. This is the very first jack in the box that charged me for sauce. I understand that “extra sauce” will be charged but I just wanted one and it should be free. The manager told me they only give sauce with jalapeño poppers. They all gave me attitude. Never again

The first Jack n the Box said, no coupons, no coupons tonight, our coupon machine is broken. I’m not sure how that translated to my problem and not theirs. They are perfectly capable of taking the coupons and entering them later. However, the last 3 times we’ve gotten coupons in the mail for Jack n the box, we’ve gone and been told the same thing. The 3rd time was just a test and the next time will be too. I believe that they turn down coupons on coupon day and perhaps the following day. People go expecting to be able to use coupons, wait 30 minutes, and then order at full price when the machine is down. This is the Jack n the box at 10205 East Rosecrans in Bellflower. We went to a different Jack n the box, used our coupons, and got cold tacos and fries.

This is the worst location ever. I understand that it’s hot, and that its frustrating working in the industry. I’ve been there. But there is no reason why the manager needs to be rude right off the bat when I’m ordering. Now they tried to charge me $3 for an order of tacos which the menu said $1.29. They also tried to charge me $.25 for 1 buttermilk. I don’t what is going on with this place. This isn’t the first time either. They need to reevaluate the manager, employees and hire new ones. This place is trash.
