We were craving the mini tacos so we dined in at this location which may be in La Habra. It wasn’t crowded on a Tuesday in the late morning around 11:00 but did get more sun crowded as it got closer to 12:00. Placing our order went pretty quick but the staff member got distracted by a complaining drive thru customer who came in that I had to remind him about finishing our order. The drink machine wasn’t on so the staff had to get customers their drinks from behind the counter. Once we got our order, the tacos hit the spot and we enjoyed the food.

Rafael R was extremely rude when I was ordering, he was rushing me when there was no cars in back of me nor it was busy. I asked for halfsies fries he said I can’t do that.then proceeded to rush me again . I got my order but was missing the jibbi package so I went inside and asked politely if I can get one he checked my receipt and then rolled his eyes at me went to get the packet handed it to me then rolled his eyes again and walked away. Mgmt needs to retrain him his attitude and demeanor was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional.

As an update I was contacted by Jack in the Box…..they expressed their apologies and wanted to make this right…..and asked for more information from me. I complied..and that was the last I heard from them….again very disappointing to me….I have not been back to any jack in the box since….

Omg worst visit ever! Drive thru gal didn’t ask much of anything for my munchie box or drink or size, then I waited like 10 mins for soggy fries and extra drink which were both root beer which I didn’t even ask for. For having to wait that long I would have hoped everything to be fresh and hot and NOT far from it. And here is the kicker no one was in front or behind me. ♀️

This location cannot keep an order straight to save their lives. They left out my side, And when I contacted customer support, they never even contacted me. They will forget your sides and sauces almost every time. Just go to a different restaurant, and you’ll be less disappointed.

I ordered a burger with no pickles and I got one no onions.
I ordered half fries and I got 2 tacos.
I ordered 2 orders of 2 Jumbo Jacks for 5$ and I only got 2 sandwiches..
Pay attention to what you’re doing!!
You guys are getting paid well enough to do a simple job and you can’t get it right?

Arrived for morning coffee (as usual) however this morning I had cut my thumb & it was a problem, I asked if they had a band-aid & shortly thought I was in a hospital! They helped me with everything, made sure everything was clean & sanitary afterward, I have never had such great service in my life & couldn’t recommend a location any higher, particularly the lady who was in charge! Great food, great service!
