If i could give 0 stars i would! Worst location i have ever been. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my order in the drive thru which is outrageous considering there was ONLY one car ahead of me!! Not to mention the car behind me got their food first than me!! WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION. Jack in the box, yall need to hire better people

They messed up my order three times. The staff is nice, but it’s annoying to get home and find a different burger. It’s not even obvious at first because of the packaging. Make sure to check your order before driving off to avoid being disappointed.

I’ve been going to this jack for over 18years. The lady Olivia has always been so kind in all the years she’s been there that she knows what I get for my youngest when I go which makes it great. They also have a young man who works the drive thru with braid not sure what his name is ,but he also knows what sides I get when at the window . When it comes to Olivia and that young man you can tell their smiles and laughs are sincere and they are the only reason I will continue to go there. Those 2 employees deserve a plaque for their great customer service

Got a oreo shake and found something inside the shake as I was trying to enjoy it. A peice of plastic or wax and it was very upsetting since I lost my appetite once I got it in my mouth. Please try and check cups and machines before making customer orders.

Went here for breakfast specifically for mini pancakes for my kids just to be told they no longer carry them (even though they are still listed online) and they are discontinuing them. Ordered 1 sausage jack for me still but had to go somewhere else for the kids breakfast. Staff was ok nothing amazing nothing to complain about.

Waited for order to be taken. They are more concerned about the drive thru than the people waiting inside. When we got out food the fries and tacos were cold.
